Castle Hill RSL “Wave Rider” Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. The Castle Hill RSL Group (CHRG) “Wave Rider” promotion will commence on Wednesday, 4th December 2024, at 10:00 am and will conclude on Tuesday, 28th January 2025, at 8:00 am.
2. The Castle Hill RSL Group “Wave Rider” promotion will be conducted at all CHRG “Participating Venues” during the promotion period.
3. The “Wave Rider” promotion will be open to any CHRG member who purchases a ‘Participating Product’ product at a “Participating Venues” during the promotion period.
4. The “Wave Rider” member's promotion consists of a major draw prize of a Kawasaki STX 160LX Jet Ski valued at $23,152 Recommended Retail Price.
5. The total prize pool for the “Wave Rider” promotion is $23,152
6. The “Wave Rider” major draw will be conducted at Castle Hill RSL, located at 77 Castle Street, Castle Hill 2154 on Wednesday 29th January 2025, at 12:00 pm.
7. Castle Hill RSL Club LTD, ABN 35 001 043 910 (referred to as ‘Castle Hill RSL’) at 77 Castle Street Castle Hill 2154, phone 02 8858 4800 is the promoter of the Promotion
8. Entry into the “Wave Rider” promotion is subject to the acceptance of these terms and conditions.

How to Enter
1. CHRG Members can enter the weekly “Wave Rider” draws by:
a. Swiping or scanning their members card at the Point of Sale terminal with the purchase of a ‘Participating Product’ product at a “Participating Venues” during the promotion period.
b. One ticket entry ticket will be awarded per transaction that includes a ‘Participating Product’ product at a “Participating Venue” during the promotion period.
c. Entry tickets must be placed into the “Entry Barrel” at the “Participating Venue” for the entry to be valid.
General Terms and Conditions
1. Winners do not need to be present to win. Winners will be notified via phone.
2. Suspended and unfinancial members at the time of the draw are not eligible to enter or claim prizes as part of this promotion.
3. Participation in the “Wave Rider” promotion is open to financial CHRG Members over the age eighteen (18), except employees of the promotor and their spouses, and Directors of the promotor and their spouses.
4. In the event of technical failure (including but not limited to the Point of Sale) the “Wave Rider” promotion may be postponed or cancelled. Management discretion applies and negations will not be entered
5. This promotion is a game of chance, and skill plays no factor in determining a winner.
6. Castle Hill RSL Club LTD reserves the right to change or amend this promotion at any time.
