Club Parramatta ‘Christmas Raffle’, Thursday, 28th November, Thursday, 5th December & Thursday, 12th - Terms and Conditions
1. Club Parramatta ‘Christmas Raffle’ promotion will occur on Thursday, 28th November, Thursday, 5th December & Thursday, 12th December at 7 pm and will conclude when all prizes allocated to that raffle date have been claimed.
2. The ‘Christmas Raffle’ prize pool will consist of 35 Hams (made up of 10 full-leg and 25 half-leg) valued at $2,330.00 on each ‘Christmas Raffle’ date.
3. The ‘Christmas Raffle’ Promotion will be conducted at Club Parramatta, located at 2 Macquarie Street Parramatta NSW 2150.
4. Raffle Tickets are priced at:
a. $1 for 1 numbers
b. A $20 purchase of raffle tickets in a single transaction receives a bonus of twenty numbers for free.
5. ‘Christmas Raffle’ tickets can be purchased in person at Club Parramatta on the day of each raffle between 5:30 pm and 7 pm.
6. Raffle Tickets/Raffle Numbers cannot be reserved.
7. Raffle Tickets will not be sold once sales to the ‘Christmas Raffle’ have been closed at 7 pm on each raffle date
8. Prizes will be drawn using an OLGR-approved random number generator and announced by the MC utilising a microphone.
9. The owner of the winning Raffle Ticket is entitled to claim one prize.
10. The owner of the winning Raffle Ticket will have 2 minutes to present themselves to the MC in the ‘Lounge’ to claim their prize. A redraw will occur if no winner is found after 2 minutes This process will continue until all prizes have been claimed.
11. Castle Hill RSL CLUB LTD, ABN 35 001 043 910 (referred to as ‘Club Parramatta’ and ‘CHRG’) at 2 Macquarie Street Parramatta NSW 2150, phone 02 8865 5100 is the promoter of the Promotion.
12. Entry into the ‘Christmas Raffle’ promotion is subject to accepting these terms and conditions.
13. Winners must be physically and personally present at Club Parramatta to claim their prize.
14. Participation in the ‘Christmas Raffle’ promotion is open to financial CHRG Members over eighteen (18) and their guests. Employees of the promotor and their spouses, directors of the promotor and their spouses, will not be permitted to enter the promotion.
15. In the event of a technical failure (including but not limited to the promotion system), the promotion may be postponed or cancelled. Management discretion applies, and negations will not be entered.
16. This promotion is a game of chance, and skill does not determine a winner.
17. Club Parramatta reserves the right to change or amend this promotion at anytime.
