Chowan in the Triangle
This summer we took Chowan on the road to have a little meet up with alumni and friends in the Raleigh area, hosted by Wayne & Katie Hill. We were thrilled to have such a great turn out, with some folks even driving quite a distance to reconnect with old Chowan friends. Early birds enjoyed a guided tour of Mordecai Historic Park and everyone was pleased with the lovely setting. Alumni and friends of all ages balanced plates of tasty treats while engaging in conversation across generations. We overhead many fond memories being shared. Everyone had such a great time they're already asking when and where our next on the road event will take us.
