For your convenience, we have listed below the contact numbers for the major airline companies. Should the number you require not be listed and/or wrong, please call reception for assistance.
AIRPORTS:
The Ottawa McDonald-Cartier International airport is located approximately 13 km (8 miles) south of Ottawa. We recommend that you allow approximately 45 minutes travelling time depending on the traffic.
ARRIVAL:
Check-in time is from 4PM. Should the room for any reason not be available at that time, then we will be happy to keep your luggage for you until the room becomes available.

Bedding for our tiniest guests is available upon request.

Need a night off? The hotel can arrange for professional babysitting services.

DDEPARTURE:

Check-out time is 12 p.m. Please be advised that any departure beyond this time may lead to extra charges. We kindly ask you to inform us if you require a late check-out. Subject to availability.
DO NOT DISTURB:
Don’t forget to hang the sign outside your door if you do not wish to be disturbed during your stay. If it’s before mid-day, you can let us know beforehand and we can establish a more appropriate time for service.
DOCTOR:
We can supply the address of the nearest walk-in clinic. Please contact us immediately in case of an emergency.
DRY CLEANING:
We’re happy to offer our dry-cleaning service from Monday to Saturday, except on public or religious holidays. You can find laundry forms and linen bags hanging in your closet. All clothing handed in before 9:30 a.m. will be returned in the evening of the same day.
EARLY CHECK-IN
We can accommodate early check-ins on the day of your arrival if your room is vacant for an additional fee of $75.

Enjoy free access to our 24-hour fitness centre on the ground floor. Please note that non-accompanied children under 16 are not allowed to use the equipment.
FLOWERS:
We will gladly assist you to make flower arrangements or help you find a florist.
HHAIRDRESSER:
We know all the best hairdressers located close to the hotel and will be happy to book an appointment for you.

reStays only accepts major credit cards, such as Visa, Master card and American Express. Please be advised that debit cards or cash payments are not accepted.
PETS:
For a $50 fee, small domestic pets are welcome at reStays for guests staying more than a month. Service animals are accepted with proper certification.
