The Diversity Resources staff will help students adapt their Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) to meet their post-secondary needs and will coordinate reasonable accommodations for all individuals with documented disabilities. We encourage students to contact our office as soon as possible to discuss accommodation or to learn more about our services.
CVTC complies with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973; the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA); and the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act of 2008 (ADAAA); as well as Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972 as it pertains to students affected by pregnancy, childbirth, or related conditions.
