Six trails ranging from ¾ to 4.3 miles in length. The Jean Brunet nature trail is a ¾-mile self-guided trail on the north part of the island.

A network of trails leads from the Chippewa Moraine David R. Obey Ice Age Interpretive Center into the surrounding forests, lakes and ridges that make up the Ice Age Scientific Reserve.

CHIPPEWA RIVERFRONT Chippewa Falls

The Chippewa Riverfront is located in the heart of downtown Chippewa Falls. This beautiful multi-use space lines the Chippewa River banks offering fishing, stunning views of the Xcel Energy Dam, picnic spaces, and more. An outdoor amphitheater is used for Summer concerts and the Northwoods Blues Festival.

ERICKSON PARK Chippewa Falls

Erickson Park is a 15-acre park with 400 ft of shoreline. Amenities include a handicapped-accessible boardwalk and pier perfect for fishing, a handicapped-accessible boat launch, a bike trail, and a bridge that connects Erickson and Irvine Parks.

HAY MEADOW HORSE TRAIL

A 22-mile equestrian trail system winding through scenic hardwood and poplar forests. Riders will pass many lakes, ponds, and woodland streams on these scenic trails.

CHIPPEWA COUNTY ATV TRAIL

Over 19 miles of ATV trail. You will be challenged with steep hills and valleys as the trail winds past small lakes and beaver ponds as well as spectacular vistas and abundant wildlife.

HICKORY RIDGE RECREATION AREA DEER FLY TRAIL AREA

Characterized by its rolling hills, sharp ridges, numerous lakes and streams, this 8,589 acre of Chippewa County Forest supports a wide variety of plants and animals.
