9 Must-Eat Nutrients for Your Child  Eating healthy is crucial, especial for kids since they require necessary nutrients and vitamins for their growth.  Without keeping up with some compulsory nutritional supplement, children can suffer poor concentration levels, anemia, depression, malnutrition, etc.  Kids can be picky eaters.
