Town Hall and Pittville Pump Room
The 2025/26 season runs from October 2025 to May 2026, bringing leading UK and international orchestras and ensembles to Cheltenham Town Hall and Pittville Pump Room.
This year’s programme features the English Symphony Orchestra, the Czech Janáček Philharmonic Orchestra, celebrated vocal ensemble VOCES8, and the world-renowned Takács Quartet, alongside family favourites The Snowman and The Gruffalo in Concert.
Season discounts are available, including savings on English Symphony Orchestra performances and Cheltenham Music Society events.

Tickets can be collected in advance from Leisure at Cheltenham, from Cheltenham Town Hall 45 minutes before a concert, received electronically, or posted for a £3 fee.
English Symphony Orchestra Multi-Concert Discount
Enjoy savings when you book tickets for multiple English Symphony Orchestra performances. Purchase tickets for three to five ESO concerts during the 2025–2026 season to receive an exclusive discount. A minimum of three ESO concerts must be booked for the offer to apply.

Enjoy a special saving when you book tickets for both the English Symphony Orchestra and Czech Janáček Philharmonic Orchestra events. Simply add at least one ticket from each concert to your basket and the discount will be applied automatically.
Book three to five events and enjoy reduced ticket prices. Each ticket will be reduced to £27 or you’ll receive £2.50 off the standard ticket price.*
The bar opens at least one hour before the start of an event and during the interval. For select Main Hall events, the Regency Café is also open, serving a range of hot and cold drinks.

Cheltenham Music Society begins an exciting season with a concert by the wonderful Takács Quartet. Their programme offers four works from the quartet repertoire each in its own way representing a landmark in the musical development and legacy of the composer.

A cherished Cheltenham Christmas tradition, the Mozart Symphony Orchestra returns for one day only with The Snowman film and live orchestra, featuring Alice Mackenzie singing ‘Walking in the Air’. Enjoy The Gruffalo and The Gruffalo’s Child, with each character brought to life by different orchestral instruments.

Cheltenham Chamber Orchestra are marking their Diamond Jubilee Year in 2026 with a special concert under the baton of Toby Purser. The programme will include Arnold’s Serenade for small orchestra, Vaughan Williams’ The Lark Ascending with soloist George Ewart, and Beethoven’s Symphony No 6. The concert is being held in memory of Oliver Goldfinch who was a loyal supporter and friend of the CCO for many years.

Young Musician Concerts in Pittville Pump Room and Cheltenham Town Hall this season are arranged by the Cheltenham Music Festival Society in collaboration with the Cheltenham Trust. Please note, there is a retiring collection to help cover the charge from The Cheltenham Trust for the use of the Pump Room and Cheltenham Town Hall where applicable, pay travel expenses for some of the individual performers.
