Driftwood Coffee Company is locally owned by alumna Randi Carroll, who ethically sources her coffee beans and is determined to create positive change in developing countries. Ready for your first sip? Texas A&M Corpus Christi is now serving Driftwood Coffee – an ethically sourced specialty coffee that currently brews at Islander university. Founder and alum Randi Carroll is committed to not only producing superior tasting coffee but also giving back to the community she lives in and loves.

What began as a hobby for Randi and her husband, Steven, has percolated into a successful business. The company name, Driftwood Coffee, was inspired by the beautiful driftwood scattered across the coastal bend. Their focus has been partnering with international companies to create positive change in developing countries. They are proud to honor the hard work of unique cultures.
