WORKPLACE VISITOR POLICY FOR WORKPLACE TOURS
Scope of Policy
This Policy establishes rules and guidelines for allowing Visitors to enter and tour our Workplace Premises. "Workplace Premises" include all Champion Homes locations and facilities, such as our building, offices, plant, parking lot, or retail locations, and any off-site developments and seminars, construction sites, and tours sponsored by Champion Homes.
Application of Policy
This Policy applies to all Visitors. "Visitors" include personal visitors such as friends and family members, and business visitors such as contractors, customers, vendors, suppliers, professional colleagues, and other guests.
General Visitation Policy
As a general rule, Visitors are only allowed on Workplace Premises with the written authorization of the location General Manager, Regional Vice President, or Company Executive.
Supervision of Visitors
Employee hosts are responsible for escorting and supervising any Visitors in their care for the duration of their visit. This includes:
• Preventing the Visitor from straying into dangerous or restricted areas.
• Safely evacuating the Visitor in case of an emergency.
Company Policies
Visitors may be required to sign a visitor agreement before entering the Workplace Premises. By entering the Workplace Premises, visitors agree to comply with applicable Company policies while on Workplace Premises, including our:
• Safety and security requirements. Employee hosts are responsible for communicating all applicable safety and security requirements to their Visitors and monitoring Visitors' activities while on Workplace Premises. Visitors are expected to stay within their designated areas and follow all safety instructions and security signs and postings during their visit.

• Policy relating to internet use. Visitors requiring internet access are provided with a guest username and password for the Company's wireless network. Visitors must not misuse the Company's internet connection. At no time is a Visitor allowed to access the Company intranet system with their laptop or another mobile device.
• Confidentiality policy. Visitors must not disclose confidential information gained as a result of their visit to our Workplace Premises.
• Photography and recording policy. Visitors may not take photographs or video recordings while on Workplace Premises without the prior written approval of the Legal Department. In addition, photography that is allowed cannot be published without the prior written approval of the Legal Department.
• Employee hosts are responsible for assisting visitors with compliance. Any noncompliance must be reported to appropriate security personnel. Visitors who fail to comply with Company policies may be escorted out of the Workplace Premises and face prosecution if appropriate.
Unauthorized and Noncompliant Visitors
Employees should report to the location General Manager or designee if they notice any Visitor on Workplace Premises who is:
• Not authorized for entry.
• Not accompanied by an employee escort.
• Not displaying a Visitor badge.
• Improperly present in a restricted area.
• Engaging in disruptive or inappropriate behavior (for example, engaging in hate speech or stealing property) that violates this Policy or other Company policies.
Unauthorized Visitors and any Visitors who fail to comply with Company policies or who become disruptive may be escorted out of the Workplace Premises and face prosecution if appropriate.
Dangerous or Restricted Areas
Unless there is written authorization from the location General Manager or designee, Employees may not bring or accept Visitors in areas where there

are dangerous machinery or chemicals, confidential records, or sensitive equipment.
Personal Protective Equipment
Visitors are required to use any personal protective equipment that is necessary to safeguard their health and safety.
Emergency Procedures
Emergency procedures must be clearly explained to Visitors before entering dangerous areas. If an emergency arises, the employee host and area supervisor must ensure that
Visitors are escorted to a place of safety and that they comply with Company safety procedures. Visitors must be accounted for during emergency and evacuation drills.
Accidents to Visitors
Accidents and near incidents involving Visitors must be reported and followed up in accordance with the Company's health and safety reporting policy and procedures.
Safety
All employees and Visitors are to comply with all safety rules, regulations, and policies while on Workplace Premises.
Photograph and Video Release
Visitors irrevocably grant Champion Homes and its affiliates permission to capture or record and assign full ownership rights to all photographic, video and audio print and recordings in any format taken of Visitor during their visit.
Policy Enforcement and Non-Retaliation
• Failure to comply with this Policy may result in discipline, up to and including termination of employment for Employees and removal from the Workplace Premises of the Visitor with no right to return.
• If you witness or become aware of any employees or Visitors violating this Policy, you must report them to your direct supervisor, General Manager or designee, or the Legal Department.

• Champion Homes and its affiliates prohibits any form of discipline, reprisal, intimidation, or retaliation for reporting a violation of this Policy or any other health and safety concern.
Employees also have the right to report work-related injuries and illnesses. Champion Homes will not discharge, discriminate, or otherwise retaliate against employees for reporting work-related injuries or illnesses.
Administration of This Policy
The Company expressly reserves the right to change, modify, or delete the provisions of this Policy without notice. Risk Management is responsible for the administration and enforcement of this Policy. All employees are responsible for consulting and complying with the most current version of this Policy.
Effective Date
This Policy is effective as of September 24, 2025.
