Your Commitment Ways to Give
FROM PASTOR’S DESK WOW! It’s happening! We are making tremendous progress in the implementation of the Imagination Project at CFTN! Because of the sacrificial and consistent generosity of our church family, we just had our grand opening of the beautifully repurposed and remodeled Kid Nation building! It’s already overflowing with excited children who are learning about Jesus in a wonderfully creative and functional facility. Mary and I, and our CFTN staff and church family want to give a huge “thank you” to all who made this and other previous building improvements possible! I am extremely humbled and perpetually grateful for God’s on-time provision! We are currently moving into the complete transformation of Little Nation where our toddlers and babies are so lovingly cared for. We are not far off from the financial completion of that goal. Then we will move into the next phase where we are continuing some external beautification of our property and grounds. I am asking, once again, that our amazing church family would seek the Lord as to what He would have you do to help us continue to move forward with the renovation of our miracle church. As Mary said to the servants at the wedding of Cana, “Whatever He says to you, do it” (John 2:5). I completely trust the wonderful Holy Spirit to guide you in your decisions. You are so loved!

CFTN Family, Looking back over the last three years, we are blown away by the progress we have made on our campus. The constant improvements and changes are the fruit of your continued financial faithfulness. We are so grateful to have been able to partner with you! God’s provision for CFTN throughout 2020 was nothing short of a miracle. He has provided for us week by week so that every bill has been paid, extra improvements have been made from our operating budget, and we have been able to hire several additional staff members to continue to support the vision given by the Holy Spirit to Pastors Mike & Mary for CFTN. In a season where the local church has been under attack, God has shown CFTN supernatural favor. Nahum 1:7 says, “The Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; and He knows those who trust in Him.” He is ALWAYS good and faithful.

We are currently in the process of finishing our Kid Nation facilities to house infants through 5th grade and already we have seen tremendous numeric growth in those departments. Hundreds of families are going to be blessed because of the faithfulness of a few. We are venturing into the next phase, which will include some beautification of our landscape and presentation of our campus along with providing a clean and organized space with resources for our outreach department. If there was ever a time of need and demand for practical resources such as food and clothing from the church, it is now. We were able to assist hundreds of families through the crisis of the pandemic with these things and we desire to continue to be an accessible resource to our Phoenix community. We are asking you to continue to support the vision of the Imagination Project through your prayers and finances. So much has been done, yet there is still much to do! We are beyond blessed to have a church family that has faithfully sown into the mission of the church. Thank you for all you are doing.

CAN YOU IMAGINE? We started the Imagination Project to help our Central Campus reflect the vision of CFTN. We want to reach our city, nation, and world with God’s perfect love. We see CFTN as the perfect place for imperfect people to feel at home. This “at-home” feeling has taken on a new meaning and has become ever more important in the past year. During the historic quarantine of 2020, we all learned some important lessons about the value of the local church. We were reminded that church is both a place to come to as well as a place to go out from. A place to bring your family and to grow in Christ. A place to REACH, TRAIN, and SEND. We also learned that even if our campus went dormant, the mission God gave us never does. We used that season to upgrade our facilities with state-of-the-art security, provide our digital ministry with more reliable streaming technology, and cover our parking spaces with energy-saving solar panels. We were also able to feed hundreds of families in need all while we prepared for a safe return to in-person services.

All along, we have asked you to do these three things: dream big, pray sincerely, and give joyously. We invite you now—as we have before—to imagine with us. Imagine a place where kids in Phoenix beg their parents to take them each week. Imagine the first impression that we could make with picturesque landscaping throughout our grounds. Imagine after-church meals with people you love already gathered in one place and with no commute. Imagine our award-winning outreach team welcoming those in need into a top-tier station and pantry. Can you see it? We strongly believe the vision we have for tomorrow determines the decisions we make today. And if we can see what others can’t see, we’ll be able to do what others can’t do. We now have an opportunity to partner with God, strengthen our faith, and be a part of the greater work He is doing through CFTN.
