On the other hand, bleach and products containing bleach must be used in moderation. Denatured alcohol may leave smears. The top is highly resistant to heat and overheating but it is strongly recommended to avoid thermal shock by always providing a barrier between the hot pans and the surface (e.g. a pot stand). The top is also very resistant to abrasion and scratches: nevertheless, to keep its original quality and shine intact, it is always advisable to use chopping boards. avoid – Continuous and repeated use of particularly abrasive sponge pads.

The stainless steel sinks used with Cesar kitchens are made from AISI 304 18-10 stainless steel. To clean them, it is advisable to use a sponge dampened with water and soap or a neutral detergent. Always rinse thoroughly and dry using a soft cloth or a Cesar microfibre cloth. For water stains use only products specifically designed to clean stainless steel, following the instructions on the product label. In the event of stubborn stains, use Cesar’s Magic Sponge dampened with white vinegar. For limescale or boiling greasy substances, use hot white vinegar or denatured alcohol, then rinse and dry the surface thoroughly with a soft cloth. When cleaning, always make sure you follow the direction of the satin finish of the steel. avoid – Using detergents containing ammonia, chlorine or any of its related compounds. – Using abrasive metal pads, abrasive or corrosive substances.
