Coffee Variety is something that characterizes Bolivian Coffee. There is a whole wide range of varieties of special COFFEE, conventional as well as organic, which, because of their aroma, color and sensation to the palate, they conquer and amaze the most renowned connoisseurs and tasters. The quality of Bolivian COFFEE has been distinguished at international events and it has been certified by authenticated institutions worldwide. The regions in which Bolivian COFFEE is produced are the most privileged in the world. Their varied climate is characterized by a balanced regime of temperature and rainfall. The main regions of Bolivia where COFFEE is produced are the Yungas of La Paz and in some regions in the department of Santa Cruz. In Bolivia the traditional hand picking is still applied and it guarantees the selection of the best grains. These grains are then roasted and ground in the same places where they are harvested.
