HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE Impact Consulting Fellowship The Impact Consulting Fellowship (ICF) is one of our most esteemed and longest running programs, completing 3 iterations this year. This unique program gives students of all levels and majors at the University of Maryland the opportunity to provide hands-on, pro-bono consulting work within a team for B-Corporations, non-profit organizations, and for-profit impact-driven organizations in various industries. Throughout ICF, student consultants attend informative sessions to learn pertinent skills that enhance and reinforce their hands-on learning within their project. Students also participate in a final huddle presentation at the end of the program during which they share their learnings with an audience and panel of judges. A winning team who has best served their client through solutions presented as well as excelled in their presentation skills is also announced at the end of the program. This year, 150+ students participated in the Impact Consulting Fellowship and engaged 10+ organizations. Students provided creative marketing solutions, frameworks for new product launches
