CARI AMICI, gentili clienti Alla fine del 2008 avevamo paragonato la grande crisi economica mondiale, allora appena iniziata, ad un mare in tempesta che la CELLI, come una nave, avrebbe dovuto attraversare. Il 2009 è passato, il 2010 è quasi alla fine, ma le onde sono ancora alte. Le previsioni sembrano indicare un miglioramento della situazione, ma ancora non siamo fuori dalla tempesta. La CELLI però ha mantenuto salda la rotta e continua a navigare adattandosi alle nuove situazioni pur mantenendo intatto il suo stile e il suo tipico approccio al mercato. In particolare, nonostante la grande crisi economica, la CELLI continua ad investire in innovazione. In questo modo può continuare ad offrire ai propri clienti nuovi prodotti sempre all’avanguardia della tecnica in termini di prestazioni, e contemporaneamente rispettosi dell’ambiente. In quest’ultimo ambito la ricerca è stata finalizzata alla riduzione complessiva dell’impatto ambientale dei prodotti, curando gli aspetti legati allo smaltimento a fine vita e soprattutto il contenimento dei consumi energetici.

Fra le tante incertezze di un mercato globale in fase di riassestamento, l’aumento della sensibilità verso i temi dell’ambiente è una delle poche questioni che nessuno mette in discussione. La gran parte degli analisti economici e dei politici nel mondo, incluso il Presidente Obama, affermano che il rispetto dell’ambiente e lo sviluppo sostenibile costituiscono per tutte le imprese di ogni genere e dimensione la “Main Stream”, la corrente principale, almeno per i prossimi 15 anni.

La nave della CELLI non ha avuto bisogno di accodarsi all’ultimo per seguire questa corrente, perché è stata uno dei pionieri nella produzione sostenibile. Ad esempio ha iniziato ad immettere sul mercato impianti che utilizzano componenti a basso consumo energetico fin dal 2003, anticipando di gran lunga i tempi rispetto ad altri produttori del settore. In ogni caso il rispetto dell’ambiente permea tutte le nostre scelte e, come potrete constatare scoprendo i nostri nuovi prodotti, si tratta per noi di un tema “trasversale” in ogni innovazione ed in ogni nuovo percorso. Per quanto riguarda invece le scelte strategiche, le due principali nelle quali ci siamo impegnati sono il rafforzamento del nostro essere “italiani nel mondo” e

un rinnovato impegno nel settore della spillatura dell’acqua.

Per un vero Made in Italy, la CELLI ha messo a punto, insieme ai suoi fornitori ITALIANI, soluzioni tecniche volte al risparmio energetico affidabili e performanti, rafforzando anche le modalità operative per una filiera nazionale “a km 0”.

Per quanto riguarda l’acqua è stata rinnovata la gamma dei prodotti, individuando numerose nuove soluzioni originali, ed è stato creato il marchio Alma, ad identificare la nuova divisione della CELLI, condotta da mio figlio Gianluca. Alma si sta impegnando moltissimo sui mercati nazionali dove sta ottenendo le meritate soddisfazioni. Pur restando ben presenti nei mercati internazionali, in particolare in Asia dove continuiamo ad aumentare le nostre quote di mercato ed il fatturato, abbiamo anche deciso di ampliare il numero e la tipologia dei clienti in Italia. Per l’acqua stiamo affrontando il mercato delle pubbliche amministrazioni, sempre più sensibili alla necessità di educare i cittadini all’utilizzo dell’acqua della rete degli acquedotti, riducendo le emissioni di CO2 e lo smaltimento della plastica dovuti all’attuale massiccio utilizzo di acqua in bottiglia. Oltre ai riconoscimenti del mercato, riceviamo anche il giusto apprezzamento dalle istituzioni. La CELLI è stata premiata come una delle prime 10 aziende d’Italia impegnate nello sviluppo sostenibile. Il premio, assegnato dalla Fondazione di Edo Ronchi per lo Sviluppo Sostenibile, con il patrocinio del Presidente Napolitano, viene consegnato ogni anno in occasione della fiera Ecomondo a Rimini. Si tratta della terza fiera d’Europa, per importanza, dedicata all’ambiente.

DEAR FRIENDS, dear Customers At the end of 2008 we compared the world economic crisis, that had just begun, to a stormy sea, which CELLI - just like a ship - had to navigate. 2009 is now behind us and 2010 is at a close, but the storm has not passed. Forecasts seem to point to a better situation, but we are still not out of the crisis. CELLI has stuck to its course and continues, adapting to new situations, whilst retaining all its style and its approach to the market. In particular, CELLI is still investing in innovation, despite the severe economic downturn. It is doing this so it can offer its clients new products that are always at the technical forefront in terms of performance and environmental respect.

In fact, company research has targeted an overall reduction in the environmental impact of its products, referring to end-oflife disposal and above all to cutting energy consumption.

Among the many uncertainties characterising a global market getting back on its feet, no-one is challenging the increased awareness of environmental issues. Most economic and political analysts in the world, including the US President Barack Obama, have said that environmental respect and sustainable development are main stream issues for all companies of all kinds and sizes, for at least the next 15 years.

There has been no need for CELLI to join this trend at the last moment, as we are pioneers of sustainable production. We started to market systems featuring components with low energy consumption back in 2003 for example, way ahead of other manufacturers in the sector. Respect for the environment permeates all our choices and as clients will find out, using our latest products, this issue is all-encompassing, covering all types of innovation and all new projects. As for strategic choices, we are committed to two main strategies: consolidating our image as an Italian manufacturer operating worldwide and making further developments in the water dispenser sector.

So that we can provide all-round Italian products, CELLI in

partnership with its Italian suppliers, has devised reliable, efficient technical solutions for energy saving, also consolidating operating procedures, for a 0 km national production chain.

In the water dispenser sector, we have restyled our product range, introducing numerous new and original solutions and establishing the Alma brand, for the new CELLI division, led by my son Gianluca. Alma is working extremely hard on Italian markets with success. While continuing operations on international markets and in particular in Asia, where we are increasing our market shares and turnover, we have also decided to expand our client base in Italy. In the water dispenser sector, we are approaching the public sector, with local authorities increasingly aware of the need to educate the public to use water from the mains, thus reducing CO2 emissions and the disposal of waste from the massive use of bottled water.

In addition to recognition from the market, we are also highly regarded by institutions. CELLI won an award as one of the first 10 companies in Italy committed to sustainable development.

The award, assig ned by the Edo Ronchi Foundation for Sustainable Development, and supported by the President of the Republic, Giorgio Napolitano, is given out each year during the Ecomondo trade show in Rimini. This enviroment-themed trade show is the third most important of its kind in Europe.

“SIGISMONDO D’ORO” Chairman and C.E.O. of CELLI SpA - the world's leading manufacturer of drink dispensing equipment -, promoter, founder and former chairman for two consecutive terms of the Rimini Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, member, currently in his third term, of the Administrative Board of the Rimini Chamber of Commerce, awarded the title of “Commendatore” in 2002 by the President of Italy, Goffredo Celli, on 22nd December 2009, was awarded the “Sigismondo d'Oro” for 2009 by the mayor Alberto Ravaioli. This prestigious honour is awarded by the City of Rimini every year to prominent people from Rimini, resident in the city itself or elsewhere in Italy or abroad, who have brought prestige and honour to the city thanks to their activities, commitment, work or studies in the fields of business, the professions, culture, sports, social work, welfare and peace.

"By awarding our highest civic honour," explains Alberto Ravaioli, mayor of Rimini, "the Council has sought to express its appreciation for people like Goffredo Celli, whose success has raised Rimini to the status of world leader for its capacity to produce business

ideas and businesses." The award is a tribute to the Goffredo Celli's entrepreneurial drive and spirit of initiative, which has contributed to the growth of the city's business fabric, and to his far-sighted vision and commitment, expressed in the management of his own business and the authoritative and effective performance of the offices that he holds.

Together with Goffredo Celli, the "Sigismondo d’Oro 2009" was also awarded to Nadia Urbinati, Professor of Political Theory at Columbia University, New York, for her commitment to promoting democratic thought and the defence of civil rights.

3 Giugno 2010: nasce Alma, la Divisione Acqua della Celli S.p.A. Da sempre sensibile e rispettosa dell’ambiente, Celli S.p.A. ha deciso di aumentare l’attenzione verso l’utilizzo delle risorse idriche potenziando la sua divisione acqua e rendendola indipendente con la creazione del marchio Alma, nell’ambito del quale sviluppare i nuovi prodotti e tutte le politiche legate all’acqua.

Alma non nasce per “il trattamento delle acque”: la filosofia che la anima è “rendere disponibile a tutti un’acqua buona e sana, liscia, fresca e gassata, direttamente dalla rete idrica, grazie all’utilizzo di refrigeratori d’acqua di design e qualità elevata, la cui progettazione e realizzazione è totalmente “MADE IN ITALY”.

June 3rd 2010: Celli S.p.A. launches ALMA, the new water division Celli S.p.A. has always been aware of and respects the environment, so it decided to step up its focus on the how water is used and consolidate its water business, creating an independent division and the Alma brand, to develop new products and all policies relating to water consumption.

Alma was not set up to “process water”.

Its philosophy is to provide everyone with water that tastes good, is pure, still or sparkling and cool, directly from the mains, thanks to the use of high quality, well designed water coolers, entirely developed and manufactured in Italy.

Alma brand products are intended for home use, for cafes, hotels and restaurants, offices, canteens, companies and for new public drinking fountains. They are a so-

lution to a real demand, and a solution that will last forever, because the systems are long-lasting and effective, making Celli the top company in Italy and a leader worldwide in the dispensing equipment industry. The choice of dispensing systems is extremely wide-ranging, based on the targeted needs of diverse users: the scale and frequency of dispensing drinks, flexible installation, practicality, equipment and accessories. Nuovo fluido refrigerante HFO1234yf

La refrigerazione attenta all’ambiente La CELLI, da sempre attenta all’ambiente, già da qualche anno sta ricercando e sperimentando soluzioni che migliorano le prestazioni ambientali dei propri prodotti.

Parlando dei refrigeratori, i miglioramenti hanno riguardato diversi aspetti: eliminazione degli HFC anche dai materiali isolanti (poliuretano isolante HFC free con espandente CO2), riduzione del consumo di energia attraverso l’impiego di componenti e soluzioni tecniche innovative, ricerca e sperimentazione di gas alternativi al R134a (CO2, R290, HFO1234hf). In questo articolo ci concentriamo sulla ricerca che la CELLI S.p.A. sta svolgendo per sostituire progressivamente nel tempo il gas refrigerante R134a.

La CELLI S.p.A. fu la prima azienda del suo settore ad utilizzare il gas R134a al posto del R12 (anche detto Freon).

Era Aprile 1992.

Come alcuni di voi ricorderanno, l’R12 venne bandito a causa dei suoi effetti negativi sullo strato di ozono. Dopo la salvaguardia dello strato di ozono, la comunità scientifica si è concentrata sulla riduzione del cosiddetto effetto serra, che causa il surriscaldamento del pianeta andando a modificare il clima e quindi l’ecosistema nel suo insieme. La performance ambientale di un refrigerante nei confronti dell’effetto serra è misurata attraverso un indice detto GWP (Global Warming Potential). Il gas R134a ha un indice GWP di circa 1300 (l’R12 aveva un GWP di 8500!).

Il settore automotive ha stabilito che dal 2011 i sistemi di condizionamento delle nuove auto prodotte non potranno più utilizzare fluidi refrigeranti con GWP superiore a 150 (Direttiva MAC). Il fluido candidato a sostituire il R134a nell’automotive è HFO1234yf, messo a punto da Honeywell e Dupont.

Si tratta di un gas con buone caratteristiche sia termodinamiche che ambientali che la CELLI S.p.A. ha già iniziato a sperimentare anche nei propri refrigeratori.

Ha caratteristiche termodinamiche molto simili al R134a ed è compatibile a tutti i materiali e componenti già utilizzati con esso.

Prime prove eseguite su refrigeratori commerciali e residenziali hanno dimostrato che utilizzando il HFO1234yf come drop-in in sistemi a R134a (quindi sostituendo semplicemente il gas R134a con il HFO1234yf senza cambiare nulla) si sono ottenute prestazioni molto simili. La CELLI S.p.A. sta sperimentando questo nuovo gas in impianti progettati per R134a verificando prestazioni e compatibilità. Il suo GWP è solamente 4, è meno infiammabile del propano e meno tossico del R134a, del CO2 e del propano.

Nella seguente tabella sono riassunte alcune caratteristiche dei fluidi alternativi al R134a.

New freezing fluid HFO1234yf

The environmental friendly refrigeration CELLI S.p.A. has always focussed on environmental issues and for several years now has been researching and testing solutions to improve the environmental performance of its products. When it comes to refrigerators and coolers, the following improvements have been made: HFCs have also been eliminated from insulating materials (HFC-free insulating polyurethane with CO2 as the expanding agent), energy saving has been achieved by adopting innovative components and technical solutions and the use of gases to replace R134a has been tested (CO2, R290, HFO1234yf). In this article we report on the research conducted by CELLI S.p.A. to gradually replace R134a refrigerant gas. CELLI S.p.A. was the first company in the sector to use R134a gas instead of R12 gas (also known as Freon). A move which dates back to April 1992.

As some readers may remember, R12 was banned because of its negative effects on the ozone layer. After saving the ozone layer, the scientific community turned its attention to the greenhouse effect, which causes global warming and changes the climate and thus the ecosystem as a whole. The environmental performance of a refrigerant in relation to the greenhouse effect is measured using a GWP (Global Warming Potential) index. R134a gas has a GWP rating of approximately 1300 (R12 had a GWP rating of 8500!)

The automotive sector has decided that from 2011 onwards, air conditioning systems in new vehicles may not longer use coolants with a GWP rating above 150 (MAC directive). The fluid chosen to replace R134a in the automotive industry is HFO1234yf, developed

by Honeywell and Dupont. This gas has good thermodynamic and environmental properties and CELLI S.p.A. has already been testing it on its own coolers. The thermodynamic properties are very similar to R134a and this new gas is compatible with all materials and components already used with it. Initial tests on commercial and domestic refrigerators show that the use of HFO1234yf as a dropin for systems with R134a (thus replacing R134a with HFO1234yf without making further changes) produced very similar performances.

CELLI S.p.A. is trying out this new gas in its products designed for R134a, testing for performance and compatibility. The new gas has a GWP rating of just 4, it is less flammable than propane and less toxic than R134a, CO2 and propane. The table below summarises some properties of alternatives to R134a.

Meno consumi e meno CO2: la nuova gamma CELLI fa bene al pianeta e ai tuoi conti.

Ancora una volta siamo orgogliosi di poter presentare una nuova gamma di impianti sia pre-mix che post-mix con accorgimenti tecnici che permettono un ulteriore e significativo contenimento dei consumi energetici. Ad esempio, gli impianti della gamma post-mix consentono una diminuzione dei consumi elettrici che può variare dal 30% al 50% rispetto agli impianti “tradizionali” con caratteristiche simili, con un risparmio di circa € 180 all’anno ed una importante riduzione equivalente delle emissioni di CO2 (per un impianto medio nella configurazione post-mix soda circuit), senza pregiudicare in alcun modo le prestazioni, che anzi, in alcuni casi, sono state addirittura migliorate. La consistente riduzione della CO2 è stata certificata

da ente terzo indipendente. Oltre che con l’utilizzo di componenti meno energivori, il risparmio è stato ottenuto intervenendo sull’isolamento delle vasche. Rispetto alle versioni precedenti è stato incrementato, e certe volte perfino raddoppiato, lo spessore della coibentazione. Il conseguente aumento della conservazione della temperatura consente di risparmiare parte dell’energia necessaria per il ripristino del banco ghiaccio. Inoltre il gas espandente nel poliuretano è stato sostituito passando dal tradizionale HFC alla CO2. In questo modo, quando a fine vita del prodotto il gas sarà disperso in atmosfera, avremo un GWP (Global Warning Potential) ridotto di ben 1300 volte.

For example, coolers in the postmix range can help cut energy consumption by 30% to 50% compared to conventional coolers with similar characteristics, which means a saving of around 180 euros a year, and an important equivalent reduction in CO2 emissions (for an average cooler with a postmix soda circuit configuration), without affecting but actually improving performance in some cases.The significant reduction in CO2 has been certified by an independent body. Besides using less energy-hungry components, tank insulation has been adapted to improve energy saving.

Compared to previous versions, the insulation thickness has been increased and even doubled. As a result, temperatures are kept for longer, saving a part of the energy required for the ice bank. Plus the expanded gas in polyurethane has been replaced, switching from traditional HFC to CO2, so the gas at the end of the product's life is dispersed into the atmosphere, for a GWP (Global Warning Potential) rating which is 1300 times lower.

Certificazioni e Riconoscimenti Per la Celli S.p.A di San Giovanni in Marignano il 2010 rappresenta un anno di svolta per quanto riguarda l’innovazione, la tecnologia e l’impostazione delle sue strategie di prodotto. Finalmente, grazie al fatto che il mercato comincia ad essere concretamente sensibile ai temi dell’etica e dell’ambiente, l’Azienda ha potuto realizzare in maniera organica i progetti e le idee, che in buona parte aveva già impostate nell’ultimo decennio.

La Celli S.p.A. è infatti da sempre impegnata nella produzione di impianti per la spillatura di bevande, il sistema che risulta essere di gran lunga il più ecologico, limitando in tutti gli aspetti l'impatto sull'ambiente. Noi da anni riteniamo che sia giusto garantire il cliente con certificazioni di terza parte indipendente. La Celli S.p.A. è stata

la prima nel suo settore ad essere certificata ISO 9001 nel lontano 1994 e sempre la prima a conseguire la certificazione ambientale ISO 14000 nel 2002. Quest’anno siamo i primi a certificare una consistente riduzione dei consumi energetici nella nostra linea di impianti Energy Saving. Arriviamo a riduzioni del 50% dei consumi rispetto a modelli precedenti dalle prestazioni equivalenti. Tale riduzione porta a conseguenti riduzioni nelle emissioni di CO2 durante la fase d’suo dei prodotti. Queste riduzioni ci sono state certificate dal Cermet in riferimento alla norma ISO 14021. La nuova gamma post mix: serie SOPRA BANCO

ANTARES 15/L Si tratta di una completa rivisitazione del modello Postmix sopra banco mod. Antares 15. Rispetto alla versione precedente è stato incrementato l’isolamento della vasca portando lo spessore della coibentazione da 20 a 36mm.

Il poliuretano è privo di HFC. Oltre alla modifica nell’isolamento, sono stati previsti motocompressore, moto-agitatore e motoventilatore a basso consumo energetico. Mentre si abbatteva l’impatto ambientale, sono state migliorate le prestazioni. È stata infatti incrementata la capacità di erogazione dell’acqua gassata (o soda), modificando la portata della serpentina in entrata.

L’impianto è provvisto di scarico vasca e scarico del raccogligocce. La pompa carbonatore è da 200 lt/h e possono essere montate fino a 4 valvole Post-Mix. Antares 15/L è anche disponibile nella versione pre-mix fino a 4 prodotti erogabili.

Partendo da questa tipologia d’impianto è stata sviluppata una particolare versione predisposta per poter erogare succhi di frutta con e senza polpa, grazie all’utilizzo di speciali valvole miscelatrici e pompe peristaltiche per sciroppi incorporate nell’impianto.

ANTARES 15/L increased, modifying the flow rate of the incoming coil. The cooler has a tank outlet and drip tray outlet. The carbonator pump has a 200 l/h capacity and up to 4 postmix valves ca be fitted. The Antares 15/L is also available in the premix version to dispense up to 4 products. Based on this type of cooler configuration, a special version was developed to dispense fruit juices with and without the pulp, thanks to special mixer valves and peristaltic pumps for syrups, incorporated in the cooler.

This is an entirely restyled version of the Antares 15 overcounter postmix cooler. Compared to the previous model, tank insulation has been increased from 20 to 36 mm. The polyurethane is HFC-free. Come nell’Antares 15, lo spessore dell’isolamento delle vasche è stato aumentato portandolo a 40 mm in modo di ridurre drasticamente la dispersione termica. L’isolamento è di poliuretano espanso senza HFC. Questi impianti vengono equipaggiati con motocompressore, agitatore, motoventilatore a basso consumo energetico. Il motore del ricircolo soda è controllato da una speciale centralina che ne riduce la velocità (e quindi i consumi energetici) nei periodi di inutilizzo della macchina. Oltre a quelle standard che impiegano il gas refrigerante R134a, sono disponibili anche le versioni con gas refrigerante R290 (propano). Il gas R290, oltre ad avere prestazioni ambientali migliori del R134a, consente anche un ulteriore risparmio di energia elettrica.

UNDERCOUNTER RANGE The new vertical and horizontal ECLIPSE This range of vertical and horizontal undercounter postmix coolers has been entirely redesigned, and soda dispensing capacity has also been increased. Like the Antares 15, tank insulation has been increased to 40 mm, drastically reducing heat dispersion. The insulation material is in HFC-free expanded polyurethane foam. These coolers are fitted with an energy-saving motor-driven compressor, agitator motor and motor-driven fan.

The soda recirculation motor is operated by a special control unit

that reduces its speed (and thus energy consumption) when the cooler is not being used.The control unit functions are listed in a separate section. Possible cooler configurations: soda, soda circuit, still water, maximum of 6 syrups, plus a maximum of 2 extra coils.

In addition to standard versions with R134a refrigerant gas, the range also features versions with R290 refrigerant gas (propane).

NEW RANGE POST-MIX Models BRAVE 30, BRAVE 60, BRAVE 90 This type of undercounter postmix cooler is entirely new.

Some models such as the BRAVE 30 and BRAVE 60 have already been presented and put on the market, while the BRAVE 90 will be unveiled during the next edition of the BRAU BEVIALE beverage industry trade fair to be held in Nuremberg, from 10 to 12 November 2010. The new range features tanks with HFC-free insulation, increased to 40 mm. The reduction in heat dispersion and consequent energy saving are particularly important in areas with a tropical climate.

All components of the cooler, such as the compressor, motor-driven fan and agitator motor are latest-generation, energy-saving products.

The energy consumption of these coolers has been further reduced when the coolers are not used, by decreasing the speed of the

soda recirculation motor. BRAVE models are fitted with the new control unit described on page 20.

Questa tipologia di impianto soddisfa le esigenze di locali con consumi veramente importanti e che non si possono mai fermare per un guasto. Infatti il mod. BRAVE è equipaggiato con ben 2 motocompressori da 1Hp ciascuno. I due gruppi frigoriferi sono completamente indipendenti, con la possibilità di escluderne uno nei periodi di basso consumo permettendo un notevole risparmio energetico.

La presenza di due gruppi frigoriferi indipendenti presenta inoltre il vantaggio di proseguire nell’erogazione delle bevande anche in caso di guasto ad uno dei due sistemi. Non sono solo i gruppi frigoriferi ad essere duplicati, ma anche le serpentine, i carbonatori, le pompe di carbonazione e ricircolo soda e gli agitatori, in

modo da garantire prestazioni sempre al top, e scongiurare eventuali problemi di servizio in caso di guasto. Si tratta insomma di un impianto unico con due sistemi completamente indipendenti al suo interno. BRAVE 120 POST-MIX This model will also be showcased for the first time at the BRAU BEVIALE trade fair in Nuremberg and completes the BRAVE range of undercounter postmix coolers. The cooler has been designed for cafes, pubs and restaurants dispensing large volumes, that cannot stop because of equipment failure. In fact the BRAVE has 2, 1HP motor-driven compressors. The two cooler units are entirely independent, and one unit may be stopped when consumption is low, allowing for considerable energy saving.

The configuration with two independent cooling units also means drinks may still be dispensed

even when one of the two coolers is not working. Plus the model also features two coils, two carbonators, two carbonation and soda recirculation pumps and two agitator motors - to guarantee an outstanding performance at all times and prevent operating problems in the event of a failure. So the cooler is unique, with two systems that are entirely independent. It also features a tank insulated with HFC-free expanded polyurethane foam, increased to 40 mm. All main components and namely the compressors, motor-driven fans and agitator motors are energy-saving models.

BLUE-TECH EXTRA COLD Si tratta di una rivoluzionaria tipologia di impianto che può essere posizionata sotto il banco o anche in remoto rispetto alla colonnina di erogazione, grazie ad una potente pompa di ricircolo soda. All’interno della macchina troviamo il gruppo refrigerante con componenti a basso consumo energetico, ma non troviamo la consueta vasca refrigerante da riempire e mantenere pulita e a livello, e nemmeno l’agitatore.

L’aspetto veramente innovativo di questo impianto sta nel fatto che, in sostanza, il cuore è costituito da un grande carbonatore con un volume nominale di 30lt.

All’interno dello stesso si trovano un evaporatore in acciaio inox con spessore di 1mm. e le serpentine per H2O. La riserva di freddo è costituita dal banco di ghiaccio costituito all’interno del carbonatore e dalla stessa soda che è in diretto contatto con il ghiaccio e che verrà poi inviata con il sistema soda circuit alle valvole di erogazione.

Il fatto che la soda sia a diretto contatto con il ghiaccio fa sì che la sua temperatura all’uscita dalla macchina sia di circa 2°C inferiore a quella della soda prodotta dagli impianti tradizionali (da qui la denominazione “Extra Cold”). Il grosso carbonatore è isolato con poliuretano espanso ad alta densità, con gas espandente privo di HFC con spessore 40mm.

L’impianto ha la funzione di soda circuit, il flusso di ritorno della soda nel carbonatore crea una turbolenza all’interno dello stesso che garantisce l’agitazione per uno scambio termico ottimale. Al momento dell’installazione non è necessario riempire la vasca di acqua come negli impianti tradizionali. È sufficiente collegare l’acqua e la CO2 all’ingresso della macchina, e i tubi del ricircolo

soda out in e tubo acqua piatta, e il grosso carbonatore viene automaticamente riempito attraverso la pompa di caricamento. L’impianto risulta così molto semplice da installare. Non è neanche necessario collegare gli sciroppi alla macchina in quanto non sono presenti le serpentine di raffreddamento al suo interno.

Lo sciroppo viene raffreddato lungo il pitone attraverso la soda di ricircolo e all’interno di uno scambiatore che è incluso nella specifica colonnina di erogazione. All’interno dello scambiatore si trovano le serpentine degli sciroppi che vengono raffreddate dalla soda di ricircolo. Se il pitone è sufficientemente lungo (almeno 5 metri), con isolamento di spessore adeguato (almeno 19mm) e la temperatura ambiente non supera i 32°C lo scambiatore all’interno della colonnina non è necessario: è sufficiente il raffreddamento degli sciroppi nel pitone per ottenere soft drinks conformi agli standard.

Ovviamente in questo caso non avremo l’effetto extra cold, che viene barattato con un ulteriore risparmio energetico. L’ermeticità del grosso carbonatore rende questa macchina particolarmente adatta in installazioni mobili quali ad esempio le imbarcazioni.

Come è possibile vedere dagli schemi l’impianto può essere utilizzato sia con colonne personalizzate che con le pistole.

Ovviamente per queste ultime è stato realizzato uno scambiatore specifico qualora si voglia avere un’erogazione EXTRA COLD. Questo impianto su richiesta oltre che con l’R134a è fornibile anche con gas refrigerante R290.

BLUE-TECH EXTRA COLD This revolutionary cooler can be positioned undercounter or away from the dispensing tower, thanks to the powerful soda recirculation pump. The cooling unit is housed inside the cooler and features energy saving components, though there is no tank to fill and keep clean or agitator motor. The truly innovative aspect is the large carbonator with a nominal 30 litre volume. This houses a 1 mm thick stainless steel evaporator and H2O coils. The ice bank inside the carbonator and the soda in direct contact with the ice, which is dispensed via the soda circuit dispensing valves, keeps the soda cool. As the soda is in direct contact with the ice, it comes out of the cooler at a temperature approximately 2째C lower than that of soda produced using conventional systems (hence the name Extra Cold). The large carbonator has high density, HFC-free expanded polyurethane foam insulation, 40 mm thick. The system can be used as a soda circuit. The soda return flow in the carbonator creates turbulence inside to provide a stirring action for optimal heat exchange. On installation, the water tank does not have to be filled, unlike traditional systems. Water and CO2 are connected to the cooler

inlet, as well as to the soda recirculation in/out lines and still water line, and the large carbonator is automatically filled by the loading pump. So the system is extremely simple to install. Not even the syrup lines have to be connected to the cooler, as it does not house the cooling coils. The syrup is cooled along the coil via recirculation soda and inside an exchanger which is in the specific dispensing tower. The exchanger houses the syrup coils which are cooled by the recirculation soda. If the coil is long enough (at least 5 metres), if insulation is adequate (at least 19 mm) and ambient temperature does not exceed 32째C, the exchanger inside the tower is not necessary. Syrups can simply be cooled in the coil for soft drinks conforming to standards. In this case, there is no extra cold effect, which makes way instead for further energy saving. The watertightness of the large carbonator makes the cooler particularly suitable for installation at mobile sites, such as on boats. As can be seen from the layouts, customised towers or taps can be used.

A specific exchanger has been designed for taps, for EXTRA COLD dispensing. Apart from R134a refrigerant gas, the cooler is also available on request with 290 refrigerant gas.

Nuova Centralina Impianti Post-mix Energy Saving Negli ECLIPSE, negli impianti della serie BRAVE e nel BLUE TECH viene impiegata una nuova centralina elettronica appositamente sviluppata dalla CELLI per gestire con un unico dispositivo una serie di funzioni molto interessanti.

Alla centralina è collegato un display che consente di visualizzare eventuali segnalazioni di allarme. Sotto al display si trovano gli interruttori delle pompe di carbonazione, ricircolo soda e acqua piatta e il pulsante di reset allarmi.

La stessa centralina è predisposta per il collegamento con un modulo di telemetria che può comunicare a distanza una serie di informazioni relative allo stato dell’impianto, ai consumi, alle anomalie e agli allarmi. Questo monitoraggio può essere effettuato dal Centro Assistenza del cliente direttamente via web ottimizzando i costi degli interventi di manutenzione grazie alla possibilità di intervenire anche preventivamente. Oltre alle consuete funzioni (controllo spessore banco ghiaccio e gestione caricamento carbonatore), segnaliamo le seguenti: Gestione Energy Saving pompa ricircolo soda Nei periodi di inattività della macchina la centralina fa diminuire la velocità (e quindi il consumo di energia elettrica) del motore del ricircolo soda garantendo comunque il raffreddamento del pitone. Non appena vengono erogate le bevande, il motore riprende a funzionare alla sua velocità massima.

Gestione filtro acqua (optional) Possibilità di impostare un limite di tempo, oppure di numero di litri (misurabili attraverso un flussometro optional esterno alla centralina), dopo i quali viene visualizzata sul display la richiesta di sostituzione del filtro.

Gestione anti-proliferazione batterica (optional) Possibilità di programmare un intervallo di tempo dopo il quale viene scaricata una certa quantità di acqua per evitare ristagni all’interno dei filtri (ad esempio in caso di chiusura prolungata del locale). Lo stazionamento di acqua all’interno dei filtri a carboni attivi favorisce lo sviluppo di batteri. Per questo motivo abbiamo pensato di realizzare un sistema automatico che eviti tali ristagni in modo da non dare ai batteri il tempo per proliferare all’interno del filtro. L’intervallo di tempo e la quantità di acqua da scaricare sono programmabili al momento dell’installazione, ovviamente in funzione del tipo di filtro installato.

(da posizionare sulla base della macchina): se il sensore viene a contatto con il bagnato viene interrotta l’alimentazione dell’acqua alla macchina e viene scritto un messaggio di allarme sul display. È anche possibile collegare un flussometro esterno e stabilire un numero massimo di minuti di conteggio (e quindi di passaggio di acqua) dopo i quali viene considerata probabile una perdita (controllo software dell’allagamento efficace anche se la perdita d’acqua dovesse verificarsi in un punto non vicino al sensore).

Gestione allarmi Attraverso il collegamento a pressostati e/o flussometro esterni alla centralina, vengono gestiti e segnalati attraverso il display le seguenti anomalie: fine CO2 - fine H2O - esaurimento filtro allagamento - compressore o motoventilatore in avaria Predisposizione per collegamento a centralina telemetria e diagnostica.

La centralina è predisposta per dialogare con un modulo di diagnostica e telemetria (opzionale, esterno alla centralina).

Attraverso il modulo possono essere inviate informazioni circa i consumi di sciroppo, di utilizzo dell’impianto, di guasto o allarme, e alcuni parametri di funzionamento utili a prevenire malfunzionamenti e a fare diagnosi di guasto da remoto.

La CELLI può fornire il Servizio Web di controllo della Telemetria consentendo l’accesso a tutte le informazioni inviate dall’impianto attraverso il collegamento ad un sito internet.

Il Servizio fornisce dati commerciali e tecnici e può essere adattato alle esigenze del cliente.

New Postmix cooler Energy Saving control unit ECLIPSE models, BRAVE and BLUE TECH ranges feature a new electronic control unit specifically developed for CELLI, to operate a number of functions using just one device.

The control unit is connected to a screen which displays alarm alerts. The carbonation, soda recirculation and still water pump switches and reset alarm button are positioned below the display.

The control unit has been configured for connection with a remote module which can relay information on equipment status, consumption, anomalies and alarms. This monitoring can take place via the client's Service Centre, directly on line, optimising maintenance costs as preventive action can be taken. Besides standard functions (ice bank thickness monitoring and carbonator loading control) the unit features the following: Soda recirculation pump energy saving While the cooler is not being used, the control unit decreases the speed of the soda recirculation motor (and thus reduces energy consumption), while still guaranteeing coil cooling. As soon as drinks are dispensed, the motor starts working again at maximum speed.

Water filter management (optional) A time limit or the number of litres (which can be measured using an optional flow meter external to the control unit) may be set and filter replacement requests are then displayed on screen.

Anti bacterial proliferation management (optional) A time may be set, after which a certain amount of water is discharged to prevent stagnation inside the filters (for example if the cafe/restaurant, etc. is closed for a long time). If water remains inside activated carbon filters, it can promote the development of bacteria, and this is why Celli has conceived an automatic system that prevents this stagnation and eliminates the time when bacteria could proliferate inside the filter. The time and amount of wa ter to discharge can be

programmed on installation, depending on the type of filter fitted.

Anti-flooding management (optional) An anti-flooding sensor can be connected (positioned on the machine base). If the sensor gets wet, water supply to the machine is stopped and an alarm message is displayed.

An external flow meter can also be connected and the maximum time (in minutes) and water flow time may be set, after which a leak is considered likely (software control of flooding which is effective even if the leak occurs in an area not near the sensor).

Alarm management Connected pressure switches and/or an external flowmeter are used to manage and display the following anomalies: end of CO2 end of H2O filter depleted flooding faulty compressor or motor-driven fan Configuration for connection to a remote monitoring and diagnostics unit The unit is configured to dialogue with a diagnostics and remote monitoring module (optional, external to the control unit).

Information about the consumption of syrup, use of the cooler, failures or alarms and some operating parameters that can help prevent malfunctions and diagnose faults from a remote location may be sent via the module. CELLI can provide a remote monitoring web service, providing access to all information relayed by the cooler via connection to an Internet site. The service provides sales and technical data and can be customised to client needs.

IMPIANTO POST-MIX JDP per erogazione succhi con polpa Abbiamo realizzato un impianto da posizionare sul banco per poter erogare bevande non gasate (succhi di frutta, con polpa o senza, ad esempio per la prima colazione, vedi succhi d’arancio). La carrozzeria è realizzata tutta in acciaio inox 304, con possibilità di reclamizzare il marchio del prodotto anche con luminosa. All’interno troviamo il gruppo refrigerante con componenti a basso consumo energetico, vasca con isolamento da 4cm senza HFC. Per quanto riguarda il sistema erogazione bevanda, l’impianto dovrà essere collegato alla rete idri-

ca. Si consiglia di utilizzare un filtro a carboni attivi per scongiurare eventuali cattivi odori dell’acqua, come quello causato dal cloro. Allacciando l’impianto alla rete idrica, vanno anche installati un riduttore di pressione e una valvola di non ritorno. L’impianto così alimentato ha il compito di refrigerare l’acqua e inviarla alla speciale valvola di erogazione. Collegando il tubo sciroppo da un lato al Bag in Box con lo sciroppo, si può cominciare ad erogare la bevanda dalla valvola. All’interno dell’impianto abbiamo delle pompe peristaltiche made in JAPAN di alta qualità che hanno il compito di aspirare lo sciroppo dai BIB e inviarlo alle valvole. Per regolare il brix, una volta regolata la pressione dell’acqua dal riduttore H2O è necessario anche regolare la velocità delle pompe attraverso un apposito dispositivo posizionato all’interno dell’impianto, vicino alle pompe. Ma la più importante innovazione tecnologica (BREVETTATA dalla CELLI) sta nella speciale valvola erogatrice. Infatti all’interno della valvola viene creata una perfetta miscelazione dell’acqua e dello sciroppo ancor prima di essere erogata dal beccuccio.

Poi alla fine di ogni erogazione la camera viene risciacquata automaticamente senza che l’utilizzatore se ne renda conto.

POST-MIX COOLER JDP to dispense fruit juices with the pulp We have developed an overcounter cooler to dispense still beverages, for fruit juices with or without the pulp, for example orange juice for breakfast. The body is entirely in 304 stainless steel, and the product brand can be displayed, also with a backlit display. The cooler houses the cooling unit with energysaving components and tank with 4 cm HFC-free insulation. As for the dispensing system, the cooler must be connected to the mains water supply. An activated carbon filter is recommended to prevent bad odours from water, such as the smell caused by chlorine. If the cooler is connected to the mains water supply, a pressure reducer and check valve have to be installed as well. The cooler cools water and conveys it to the special dispenser valve. By connecting the syrup line on one side to the Bag in Box with the syrup, the drink can be dispensed from the valve. The unit is also fitted with top quality peristaltic pumps manufactured in Japan, which take up the syrup from the BIB and convey it to the valves. To regulate the brix, water pressure from the H2O reducer has to be regulated, then the pump rate which must be regulated using a special device positioned inside the unit, near the pumps. The most important technological innovation of the unit (PATENTED by CELLI) is the special dispenser valve. In fact water and syrup are perfectly blended inside the valve before being dispensed from the spout. After a drink has been dispensed, the chamber is automatically rinsed without the user even realising.

DROP-IN La CELLI non poteva trascurare i mercati che utilizzano questo tipologia d’impianti, quindi abbiamo sviluppato il nostro DROP-IN CELLI. Si tratta sostanzialmente di una vasca isolata con poliuretano espanso privo di HCF, con alla base una piastra in alluminio e all’interno le serpentine soda, sciroppi e acqua piatta, fuse in un blocco unico.

Dentro alla vasca viene aggiunto il ghiaccio che, essendo a contatto con la fusione di alluminio, raffredda le serpentine al suo interno, e quindi le bevande.

Lo stesso ghiaccio utilizzato per raffreddare le bevande può essere prelevato ed aggiunto nel bicchiere prima della erogazione della bevanda. L’accesso al ghiaccio avviene attraverso uno

sportello scorrevole posto al di sotto della colonna di erogazione fissata a sua volta sul piano di erogazione del DROP-IN. Il carbonatore è inserito all’interno del DROP-IN in un apposito spazio.

Il DROP-IN viene fornito con un box da mettere in posizione remota. Il box contiene la pompa, il carbonatore, la centralina di controllo livelli del carbonatore e il kit acqua piatta su richiesta.

Normalmente l’impianto DROP-IN viene incassato nel banco del locale.

Nel caso in cui questo non fosse possibile, possiamo fornire anche un suo contenitore (freestanding) realizzato completamente in acciaio inox. Nel vano di base del freestanding è possibile inserire anche il box carbonatore.

DROP-IN

FREESTANDING DROP-IN with PEPSI COOL-6 tower

DROP-IN Celli had to serve markets using this kind of system, so it developed its own CELLI DROP-IN model.

The unit is basically a stand-alone tank insulated with HCFfree expanded polyurethane, with an aluminium plate base housing soda, syrup and still water coils moulded in a single block. Ice is added to the tank and because it is in contact with the aluminium block, it cools the coils and the drinks they contain.

The ice used to cool drinks can also be put into the glass, before dispensing the drink. The ice is behind a sliding door below the dispensing tower which is fixed to the DROP-IN dispensing surface.

The carbonator is housed in a dedicated area inside the DROPIN unit.

The DROP-IN unit is supplied with a box to install in a remote position. This box contains the pump, carbonator, carbonator level control unit and still water kit, if requested.

The DROP-IN unit is normally installed as part of the cafe/restaurant counter.

If this is not possible, a freestanding unit entirely in stainless steel can be supplied. The base compartment of this freestanding unit can house the carbonator box.

COLD STEAM BOX

Anteprima a Norimberga per la presentazione di colonnine con effetto vapore freddo. Dalla colonnina si sprigiona un “effetto vapore” che abbatte di alcuni gradi la temperatura vicino alla colonnina stessa, ma senza creare condensa d’acqua.

L’effetto che si vuole ottenere è di avere del vapore fluttuante per attirare l’attenzione dell’avventore e quindi far notare il marchio del prodotto erogato. Questo effetto si può ottenere su quasi tutta la gamma di colonnine, ovviamente con una fessurazione per poter sfogare il vapore. Una colonna a forte impatto è sicuramente

il modello CUSTOM attualmente in fase di realizzazione. Il sistema non è applicabile alle colonne con effetto ICE o condensate. Sotto la colonna troveremo il box con il sistema di erogazione vapore, il quale dovrà essere collegato alla rete idrica per essere alimentato costantemente. Dal box partirà un tubo di diametro importante che andrà direttamente dentro alla colonna con il compito di alimentare il vapore. Anche questa è un’altra nuova proposta per creare nuovi look.

COLD STEAM BOX Towers with a cold steam effect make their debut at Nuremberg. The towers release a “steam effect” to lower the temperature near the tower by a few degrees, but without creating condensation. This creates a steam effect to attract customers' attention and increase visibility of the brand of product dispensed. The effect may be obtained with

all tower ranges, with a small outlet for the steam. A new tower called CUSTOM with a strong impact will be available in 2011.

The system cannot be used for ICE or condensate effect towers.

The box with the steam delivery system is installed below the column, and must be connected to the mains water supply, for continual delivery. A large diameter steam line runs from the box directly to the tower. This new feature is ideal for creating newlook towers.

A new range of stainless steel towers CELLI presents its new tower, the WAVE, in 304 stainless steel, for 4-6 taps, with or without lighting, and also available in an ICE version. The tower features a simple, stylish design which is very different from other models on the market. The taps can be on either the right or left side of the support upright, so two towers can be joined together to create a bridge effect. The range of stainless steel towers has been added to with new AZUR versions.

These are available with a T-, BRIDGE- and FLAG-shaped configuration and have a simple, stylish, modern design. The towers,and the ICE version, can be supplied with or without illuminated, two-

Colonne in Semi-Grès La CELLI è stata il precursore nella produzione di colonne in ceramica, e negli anni ha rifornito i marchi più prestigiosi nel mondo.

I modelli ed il design di queste colonne erano, e sono ancora, molto originali, e restano dei punti di riferimento molto apprezzati dai nostri clienti.

Da allora ne abbiamo fatta di strada, e la tecnologia di realizzazione si è evoluta. Dalla ceramica siamo passati negli anni alla porcellana e oggi abbiamo deciso di proporre colonne ancora più resistenti agli urti, realizzandole in un nuovo materiale: il SEMI-GRES. In questo modo possiamo fornire le nostre colonne con le forme che già il mercato conosce ed apprezza, con il loghi e i marchi del prodotto erogato, ma in materiale più resistente. Con il SEMIGRES possiamo anche realizzare pomelli e medaglioni reclamizzati.

Le colonne sono assemblate con cerchi torniti in acciaio inox 304, oppure in acciaio inox con flash di doratura, con diametri da 100, 120, 130, 150 e 170, per 1, 2 , o 3 rubinetti, oppure con cerchi ellittici da 3 a 6 rubinetti. Sono disponibili anche cerchi per valvole post-mix da 4 a 8 valvole.

Semi-Sandstone towers CELLI was a forerunner in the production of ceramic towers and over the years has supplied the most prestigious brands worldwide. The models and designs of these columns have been and still are highly original and are greatly appreciated by our clients. We have come a long way since the initial production of these towers, and manufacturing technologies have evolved.

Over the years we have moved on from ceramic towers to porcelain models and have now decided to make towers which are even more shockproof, using a new material: Semi-Sandstone. We can now supply the market with towers in the styles it knows and likes, with the logos and brands of the drinks dispensed, but in a stronger material. With Semi-Sandstone porcelain, we can also produce handles or even badge holders with logos. The towers are assembled with 304 stainless steel or stainless steel gilt flash turned rings, with a diameter of 100, 120, 130, 150 and 170, for 1, 2 , or 3 taps, or with elliptical rings with 3 to 6 taps.

Rings for postmix valves, from 4 to 8 valves, are also available.

Colonne, pomelli e placche in VITREOUS (porcellana vetrosa), nuova tecnologia di realizzazione Questa nuova tecnologia permette di realizzare colonne con forme anche molto particolari le quali, se fossero fatte in ottone, avrebbero costi molto più alti. Inoltre, possiamo realizzare colonne personalizzate, anche nella forma, grazie al ridotto costo degli stampi, più contenuto rispetto a quelli per le colonne in ottone. È perciò possibile realizzare anche una quantità modesta di colonne senza avere il problema di ammortizzare il costo dello stampo. Il materiale utilizzato è il VITREOUS, resistentissimo e duttile. Dopo la cottura vengono realizzate le finiture e l’eventuale logo personalizzato. Poi le colonne vengono completate inserendo, con una speciale colla ad alta resistenza,

il raccordo in ottone, cromato o dorato, per il montaggio del rubinetto, ed il dado per il canotto di fissaggio sul banco.

Le colonne si possono anche inondare per avere l’effetto condensa. È possibile anche avere modelli con luminosa sia all’interno della colonna che sopra, con medaglioni dedicati. Qui trovate alcuni esempi di colonne realizzate con questa nuova tecnologia.

Si tratta di nuovi modelli che andranno ad arricchire la nostra già ampia gamma.

Con la stessa tecnologia e materiale vengono realizzati medaglioni, ma anche pomelli per rubinetti. Ognuno dei prodotti potrà essere personalizzato con il logo della marca della bevanda da erogare.

Towers, handles, badges in VITREOUS, (glassy porcelain), a new production technology This new technology can be used to create towers with unique shapes that would be far more expensive if they were made from brass. Towers and their size can also be customised, thanks to the lower cost of the moulds compared to those for brass towers. This means that a small number of towers can be manufactured without having to amortise the cost of the mould. The material used, VITREOUS, is extremely resistant and pliable. After processing in the furnace, finishes and customised logos are added as applicable.

The chromium-plated or gilt-plated brass connector is fitted using a special, ultra-strong glue, to assemble the tap and the nut for the sleeve fixing the unit to the counter. The towers can also be flooded for a condensation effect. Models can also be illuminated internally and above the tower with special badge holders. Some examples of towers made using this new technology are shown on this page. These new models will be sold under our already extensive range.

The same technology and material are used to manufacture badge holders as well as tap handles. Each product may be customised with the logo of the brand of drink to dispense.

Nuove soluzioni per trasformare colonne standard in colonne effetto ICE

Trasforma le tue colonne in ICE TOWERS Vista la crescente richiesta da parte del mercato di avere l’effetto ICE su colonne standard, in CELLI abbiamo progettato una soluzione che permette appunto di utilizzare colonne standard già assemblate con il tubo birra inox 7x8.

Introducendo all’interno del tubo inox un secondo tubo di materiale plastico alimentare specifico per la birra, otteniamo una doppia camera. In questo modo il glicole che poi inonderà la colonna non sarà a diretto contatto con il tubo birra, evitando con questo sistema che la birra possa gelare. L’effetto ICE sulla colonna è garantito, visto che con la doppia camera la possiamo inondare con glicole anche a -5°C° di temperatura. Ovviamente questo

sistema richiede un rubinetto con canotto per questo specifico utilizzo, quindi abbiamo posizionato all’interno del canotto una cartuccia John Guest dove andremo ad inserire il ns. tubo calibrato.

Poi avviteremo il rubinetto sulla colonna. Ovviamente la cartuccia è stata posizionata ben all’interno, in modo che quando si avvita il rubinetto non interferisca con il codulo del tubo inox. Altre modifiche vengono apportate sul canotto di fissaggio colonna, inserendo il sistema di chiusura andata e ritorno glicole per inondare la colonna.

New solutions for transforming standard towers into ICE versions

Turn your towers into "ice" The market is increasing its demand for standard towers with an ICE effect, so CELLI has designed a solution to use standard, assembled towers with a stainless steel 7x8 beer line, fitting a second food-grade plastic line specifically for beer inside the stainless steel line, to create a dual chamber. The glycol which fills the tower is not in direct contact with the beer line, and so it prevents the beer from freezing. The ICE effect on the tower is guaranteed, as the dual chamber means the tower

can be filled with glycol at a temperature as low as -5°C°. Obviously this system requires a tap with sleeve for this specific use, so the sleeve contains a John Guest cartridge where the calibrated line will be inserted. The tap is then fitted on the tower. The cartridge is positioned far enough inside so that the tap does not interfere with the stainless steel line hold. Other modifications have been made to the tower fixing sleeve, adding the glycol flow and return cut-out system to fill the tower.

“ROBY” il soprabanco per Hot Drinks Ecco finalmente un soprabanco per erogazione di bevande calde come tisane, the, ma anche Vin Brulé che viene fornito da alcune cantine già pronto. Questo impianto è realizzato completamente in acciaio inox con una vasca da 15 lt. per l’acqua e 3 resistenze elettriche da 2 kw cad. per portare l’acqua della vasca ad una temperatura di 90°C. Sull’impianto sono previsti 2 termostati: uno regolabile fino a 90°C e uno di sicurezza per intervenire nel caso l’acqua superasse una temperatura di 105°C. Nella vasca sono inserite 2 serpentine che avranno il compito di scaldare le bevande che vengono

erogate tramite 2 rubinetti in acciaio inox.

Sul frontale, tra i due rubinetti, è collocato un termometro che indica la temperatura nella vasca. Il circuito elettrico è stato pensato per utilizzare l’impianto con 1, 2 o 3 resistenze da 2 kW cad. L’impianto funziona a 230Volts/50Hz, ma anche a 380Volts + N. In opzione l’impianto può essere fornito con 2 pompe Shurflo incorporate.

“ROBY” the overcounter for your Hot Drinks We have developed an overcounter that dispenses hot drinks as teas and even mulled wine. This unit is produced in stainless steel with a 15 l water tank. There are three electric elements of 2kW each that heat the tankwater up to 90°C. The machine is equipped with 2 thermostats: one settable up to 90°C and one for safety reasons in case the water temperature exceeds 105°C. Two coils in the tank heat the drinks that are dispensed through two stainless steel taps. Furthermore a thermometer displaying the temperature of the tank is positioned on the front panel. The electric circuit considers the use of 1,2 or 3 heating elements of 2 kW. The unit works with 230Volts/Hz and also with 380Volts + N. As option the cooler can be equipped with 2 Shurflo pumps

FOB DETECTOR Celli Basta con il disagio della schiuma quando si finisce o quando si inizia un nuovo fusto di birra! Da non sottovalutare poi lo spreco di prodotto ed il tempo che si perde prima di poter spillare di nuovo un bel bicchiere di birra dal nuovo fusto. Chi giornalmente opera nel settore è a conoscenza di questo problema. Infatti, quando un fusto di birra si esaurisce, al rubinetto arriva prima la schiuma poi il CO2. Si riempiono uno o più bicchieri di schiuma. A questo punto si rende necessaria la sostituzione del fusto della birra con uno nuovo. Quando si va a riaprire il rubinetto si avrà ancora fuoriuscita prima di CO2 poi di schiuma. Anche in questa fase avremo uno o due bicchieri di schiuma prima di poter avere un bel bicchiere di birra.

Oltre allo spreco di birra e di tempo e al disagio sia per l’utilizzatore che per il cliente, abbiamo anche il problema dell’asciugatura della schiuma, dovuta al passaggio della CO2, sulle pareti delle linee, che rende più frequente la necessità di un intervento di sanitarizzazione. Il FOB DETECTOR CELLI è stato ideato per scongiurare gli inconvenienti sopra descritti. Questo dispositivo è stato progettato per essere utilizzato direttamente sulla testata del fusto oppure per essere fissato a parete nell’immediata vicinanza del fusto stesso. Sul mercato esistono già dispositivi analoghi, ma il FOB DETECTOR CELLI si differenzia per la compattezza, la semplicità di utilizzo da parte dell’operatore, la qualità del materiale (acciaio inox) e la possibilità di raffreddamento attraverso la linea di ricircolo. Infatti in alcuni mercati la linea birra viene raffreddata anche tra fusto e impianto attraverso l’acqua di ricircolo della vasca e quindi il fob detector potrebbe essere un punto “caldo” se non venisse raffreddato. Una apposita coibentazione evita il crearsi di condensa sul corpo del dispositivo.

Il corpo di base è realizzato interamente in acciaio inox, mentre il coperchio superiore è realizzato in materiale plastico alimentare antiurto trasparente, in modo da poter vedere il prodotto e verificare

il corretto funzionamento. All’interno del coperchio troviamo un galleggiante a sfera il quale ha il compito di chiudere il passaggio della CO2 una volta che si è esaurita la birra nel fusto. In questo caso, in assenza di liquido, la sfera scende fino a chiudere il passaggio del CO2, scongiurando lo svuotamento delle linee.

Sostituendo il fusto con uno nuovo, l’utilizzatore deve riarmare il sistema premendo un solo pulsante laterale fino a quando il contenitore trasparente sarà riempito di prodotto. Si tratta di una operazione molto semplice e di approccio intuitivo, molto meno complicato delle procedure a più pulsanti di riarmo, tipici dei prodotti attualmente presenti sul mercato. Quando il contenitore trasparente è pieno di liquido, occorre rilasciare il pulsante e il gioco è fatto: si può procedere di nuovo alla spillatura di birra senza problemi di schiuma e di spreco di tempo e prodotto.

Il FOB DETECTOR CELLI è stato progettato considerando anche la sanitizzazione chimica; basta premere il pulsante di riarmo e ruotarlo in senso orario per bloccare il galleggiante in modo da permettere il passaggio della soluzione disinfettante e dell’acqua di risciacquo.

Celli Fob Detector Celli solves the problem of froth when ending or starting a new keg of beer! Plus it can stop product waste too and reduce the time before being able to serve a glass of beer from the new keg.

The problem of froth is common to people working in the industry each day. When a keg starts to run out, froth reaches the tap first, then CO2, and the froth fills up one or two glasses. At this point, the keg has to be replaced. When the tap is opened again, CO2 comes out again, then froth, which fills one or two glasses, before a glass of beer can be served.

Besides the inconvenience for the operator and client and the waste of beer, the froth dries on the sides of the lines, because of the CO2, and equipment has to be sanitised more frequently.

The CELLI FOB DETECTOR was devised to prevent these problems.

It has been designed for use directly on the keg head or it can be secured to a wall next to the keg.

Similar devices are sold on the market, but the CELLI FOB DETECTOR stands out because of its compact size, ease of use, quality material (stainless steel) and possibility to cool via the recirculation line. In fact on some markets, the beer line is also cooled between the keg and cooler via tank recirculation water, so the fob detector

could be a “hot� spot if not cooled.Insulation prevents condensation forming on the body of the device.

The body is entirely in stainless steel, while the top is in clear, shockproof, food-grade plastic, so the product and operations can be clearly seen. The top is fitted with a ball float which cuts out the passage of CO2 when there is no more beer in the keg. If there is no liquid in the keg, the ball drops to cut out the passage of CO2, preventing the lines from emptying.

After replacing the keg, the operator has to reset the system pressing a side button once, until the clear container has been filled with product. This operation is extremely simple, user-friendly, and far less complicated than procedures with several reset buttons which are typical of products currently in use on the market. When the clear container is filled with liquid, the button is released and beer can be dispensed without any problems of froth, wasted time or wasted product.

The CELLI FOB DETECTOR has been designed to include chemical sanitisation. The operator simply presses the reset button and turns it clockwise to stop the float and allow for disinfectant and rinse water to pass through.

Cool Box & Mini Cool Box Si tratta di un erogatore per bevande che non richiede l’allacciamento alla rete elettrica. È particolarmente indicato nelle situazioni in cui è richiesta una facile movimentazione e non è disponibile una presa di corrente vicino al punto di erogazione delle bevande, come ad esempio nelle feste all’aperto, nei giardini, nelle piscine o sulle spiagge.

Questa soluzione è piuttosto popolare in paesi del continente americano e asiatico, dove il ghiaccio è facilmente reperibile e le feste sono memorabili. Molti distributori di birre sono attrezzati per fornire il BOX ICE in abbinamento a fusti tradizionali di birra, e bombola CO2, o altro (vedi schema esplicativo nr. 1). Il box è costituito da una vasca isolata protetta esternamente da pannelli di acciaio inox sui quali è possibile applicare adesivi che reclamizzano il prodotto. All’interno della vasca si trova una serpentina di acciaio inox, di diametro e lunghezza adeguati all’impiego. La serpentina è quindi collegabile al fusto di birra attraverso un raccordo accessibile all’esterno della vasca. La parte terminale della serpentina è collegata al rubinetto di erogazione che può essere con o senza compensatore. Per raffreddare la birra o la bevanda da erogare basta togliere il coperchio della vasca e riempire la stessa di cubetti di ghiaccio.

Quindi va riposizionato il coperchio, poi si collega la testata del fusto al riduttore di CO2 e all’ingresso della serpentina. Quindi si collega l'innesto sul fusto, si regola la pressione di spinta del

fusto stesso e si inizia a spillare: il divertimento è garantito.

L’isolamento della vasca rallenta lo scioglimento del ghiaccio, che deve essere rinnovato una volta sciolto. L’acqua che si forma all’interno della vasca può essere evacuata attraverso un apposito rubinetto che si trova nella parte inferiore della vasca. Con lo stesso concetto è stato realizzato anche un MINI BOX ICE per l’utilizzo anche per fusti da 4 o 5lt. È disponibile anche un kit con mini compressore per aria, per spingere la birra fino al rubinetto.

Cool Box & Mini Cool Box These units are drinks dispensers which do not need to be connected to the mains. They are particularly suitable when an easy-to-transport unit is required and a socket is not available near the dispensing point, at open-air parties for example, in gardens, at swimming pools or on the beach. This solution is very popular in America and Asia where ice is easy to get hold of and parties and celebrations are truly unforgettable.

Many beer towers are equipped with a BOX ICE along with conventional beer kegs and a CO2 cylinder or other equipment (see diagram no. 1). The box comprises an insulated tank protected on the outside by stainless steel panels on which labels advertising the product can be affixed. The tank houses a stainless steel coil of a suitable length and

diameter. The coil can be connected to the beer keg via a connector accessible from outside the tank. The end part of the coil is connected to the tap which may or may not have a compensator. To cool beer or drinks to dispense, the tank top is lifted off and filled with ice cubs, the top is put back on and the keg head connected to the CO2 reducer and coil inlet. The connector is fitted on the keg, the keg pressure is regulated and beer can be drawn up: cheers! The tank insulation slows down the ice melting which must be replaced when melted. The water that forms inside the tank can be eliminated via a dedicated tap positioned inside the tank. The same concept applies to the MINI BOX ICE, which can even be used for 4 or 5 litre kegs. A kit with mini air compressor to convey beer to the tap is also available.

VETRINA REFRIGERATA per vino Mod. WINE4U Per quanto riguarda il vino, è stata realizzata una nuova vetrinetta con gruppo refrigerante a compressore ermetico, e prestazioni tali da soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza di temperatura, potendo arrivare intorno ai 4°C anche con temperature esterne di 32°C. La temperatura della cella è regolata da un termostato elettronico di massima precisione, con display luminoso che indica la temperatura impostata. Il mobile è realizzato in acciaio inox con isolamento in poliuretano espanso ad alta densità con spessore di 50 mm, in modo da contenere la dispersione termica, e quindi ridurre i consumi energetici. La porta è realizzata in cristallo a doppia camera, in modo da poter esporre in vetrina le bottiglie di vino da proporre all’avventore. Grazie ad un pulsante è possibile illuminare l’interno della vetrinetta valorizzando le etichette delle bottiglie. L’illuminazione è a LED. La capacità è di 12 bottiglie, di cui 4 in servizio pronte da spillare e 8 in stock. Per la spillatura vengono proposti i nuovi rubinetti mini Celtic realizzati in acciaio inox 316. Per estrarre il vino dalle bottiglie viene utilizzato un apposito spinoncino che preleva il vino dalla bottiglia e immette nella stessa azoto a bassissima pressione, in modo da preservare la qualità del vino evitandone l’ossidazione e permettendone quindi la conservazione per periodi relativamente lunghi. La vetrinetta Wine4U è la soluzione ideale per servire vini pregiati al bicchiere.

WINE CABINET model WINE4U A new wine cabinet has been designed with airtight compressor cooling unit, for a performance that will match any temperature requirements, ensuring a temperature of 4°C even when ambient temperatures are up to 32°C. The cabinet temperature is regulated by a high precision electronic thermostat and has a backlit display indicating the temperature chosen. The cabinet is in stainless steel with high density, 50 mm thick expanded polyurethane insulation to reduce heat dispersion and thus energy consumption.
