Welcome to The Futurity Fellow Alpaca Enthusiasts, Welcome to the 15th Anniversary of the Futurity Show & Sale! Whether you are joining us for the first time, or you are a Futurity veteran, we welcome you, and thank you for your support! The enthusiasm shown by all of you is a testimony to the popularity and allure of this captivating breed of livestock! This weekend is truly a triple-header of alpaca excitement! The Futurity Sale, will as always, show-case the best alpaca consignments from North America’s top breeding farms. The Futurity Sale has been honored to sell many alpacas, both male and female, that have gone on to be legendary producers, and this year’s line up may be the best group in recent history! The Futurity Show has the reputation of being the most competitive show in the country. The alpacas in this show are the very best of farms large and small, well known and emerging. A win or championship in the Futurity show means instant notoriety for the alpaca and its owner, and a sixth place ribbon places the entry and its owner among the nation’s elite. The Small Breeders Challenge, an AOBA certified show just for breeders with twenty or less registered females, made its debut last year. The positive response to this concept was fantastic. And this year, with a couple of tweaks here and there, and an AOBA waiver allowing us to award trophies with smaller class sizes, we can make this an even better, more rewarding event than last year. Whether you are here as a buyer, seller, exhibitor, or spectator… thank you for spending your weekend here! The success of the alpaca industry, past, present, and future, is because of you and those like you. We at Celebrity Sales thank and appreciate each of you! Have a great weekend! Celebrate with Tom / Speaker Bios & Seminars For the past 24 years, and a span of four decades, Tom Simmons has quite literally been the voice of the camelid auction business. While he will still be a part of many future auctions, Tom has recently made the decision to spend a little less time auction planning and on the auction block, and a little more time pursuing his other loves of painting and riding motorcycles, and spending time with his family. Celebrity Sales came about through a chance meeting between Tom Simmons and Tim Vincent at the ranch of a mutual friend in 1988. Tom was a career livestock and auction man, and Tim was already a five-year veteran of the llama business. The two quickly struck a friendship, and soon discovered they had a mutual interest in starting an upscale auction business. Literally thousands of llama and alpacas have been sold by the duo since that spring of 1989 when the first Celebrity Sale shattered every record in llama sale history.

CELEBRATE WITH

TOM

Tom, Tim, and their wives Nancy and Teresa have remained business partners and great friends to this day. So while this is not exactly a retirement party, we felt that at this the 15th anniversary of the Celebrity Futurity is the perfect time to invite old and new friends to celebrate the career of terrific person, and pioneer of the camelid industry. Please join us Friday night for a fun celebration of Tom Simmons! Great Northern Ranch: Steve & Sue Rolfing

Steve and Sue Rolfing have helped countless newcomers get started in this industry with sage advice based on 33 years of experience. Long before the first U.S. alpaca importation, they were breeding and packing with llamas, then brought the first alpacas to Montana in 1992. The Rolfings have been successful in the show and sale ring, setting price records in the U.S. and Canada. Their Great Northern Ranch herd has been featured on the NBC TODAY show, Discovery Channel’s Dirty Jobs, the PBS series Trailside, in Outside magazine, Wall Street Journal, Sunset Magazine and many more. Seminar: Q&A Roundtable with Steve & Sue Rolfing Bring your questions on anything from feeding & breeding, to herd management and marketing to this informal Q & A especially for new and prospective owners. The Rolfings offer practical advice for enjoying alpacas with results that are high in animal health and breeding success, and low in human stress and business expense. Veteran breeders are welcome to join the open discussion so that, together, we may all learn from diverse regional experiences. Estancia Accoyo: Elena Barreda

Elena Barreda was born in Arequipa and raised at Accoyo. She learned about alpaca breeding at her father’s feet. Later in life Don Julio said “Elena is my hands and eyes.” Today Elena is the proprietor of Estancia Accoyo and she continues to manage Accoyo in the tradition of the Barreda family. She still hears her father’s voice inform her decisions. The goals of Accoyo have remained the same. Elena is intent on raising 20/20 alpacas. The ones with 20 pounds of fleece measuring 20 microns at shearing time. She has added innovations to the breeding program which include specific recorded matings and is considering embryo transplant technology. She has also continued with Don Julio’s suri cross breeding experiments and has multiple generations of offspring to evaluate. Don Julio’s fondest desire was that the Accoyo herd be perpetuated beyond his passing and Elena has seen to his wish.

Futurity Show Judges & Trophies The Futurity Show is one of the best venues to showcase your breeding program, large or small. Known as the ‘Grand-Daddy of them all,’ The Futurity Show is the place to prove your breeding program with prize-money in six classes. Compete with the best. Compete in The Futurity! Judges for The Futurity Show 2012 Peter Kennedy Peter and his partner established Canchones Alpacas in 1998. Starting on ten acres with two females, the herd has grown to some 350 black alpacas (250 huacaya and 100 suri). In 2003, the alpaca stud was relocated to a 400 acre property in North East Victoria, Australia.

In 2004, Peter spent three months in Peru selecting black alpacas to be added to the Canchones breeding program. In all thirty huacaya and five suri, were selected by Peter and imported into Australia. Peter has been a full time alpaca breeder for the last five years. He manages the breeding program of the Canchones herd, on a daily basis, using the latest techniques including ET (Embryo Transfer) and the SRS system. Peter successfully attended the International Alpaca Judging School (IAJS) in the Peruvian altiplano in 2004. He has also been certified as both an AOBA (Alpaca Owners and Breeders Association) and AAA (Australian Alpaca Association) judge. Since qualifying as a judge in Australia and the United States, Peter has judged shows throughout Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the USA. Amanda VandenBosch (AOBA Senior Judge) Amanda is a Senior AOBA Halter and Fleece Judge and an Alpaca Judge Trainer and Instructor in the USA. She qualified as an International Alpaca Judge trained in Peru at the International Alpaca Judging School (IAJS) in 2000. Kristin and her husband Bob Grier, live near Pincher Creek, Alberta, Canada, on the Eastern Slopes of the Rocky Mountains about 30 miles north of Glacier National Park, Montana. Together they have two very active young sons: Eric and Liam 2012 Champion Trophies & Banners

Each year’s Futurity trophies are custom designed by artist Rick Rowley. Per our tradition since 2005, we will be awarding our signature trophies for Color and Reserve Champions, as well as Herd Sire of the Year and Reserve Herd Sire of the Year whites/lights and Herd Sire of the Year and Reserve Herd Sire of the Year color, Breeder and Reserve Breeder of the Year in Large, Medium and Small Farm divisions. The Consignor and Buyer of the High Selling Huacaya and High Selling Suri will also receive a Rick Rowley creation. In addition to receiving one of our signature trophies, Color and Reserve Color Champions will receive an ‘over-the-back’ banner, a Futurity tradition since its inception.

Futurity 2012 Trophies

Small Breeders Challenge Judges & Trophies The Small Breeder Challenge is an AOBA sanctioned show, specifically for farms with 20 or less, total, ARI registered females. (Male alpacas do not count toward breeder size.) This show allows smaller farms to compete strictly against other farms with similar resources. While the Small Breeder Challenge will be held under the same roof as the Futurity show, the two shows will be handled completely separately. This year AOBA has granted a waiver allowing us to give special “Small Breeders Challenge Color Group” awards (rather than Color Champion and Reserve Color Champion), so long as there are 5 huacayas or 4 suris within a color group and that those entries come from two or more classes. This will allow the awarding of trophies to many more competitors!

2012 Small Breeder Trophies & Banners

The Small Breeder Challenge trophies are created by the same artist who creates the Futurity trophies, Rick Rowley. Rick’s custom designed Small Breeder Challenge trophies will be awarded to Color Group and Reserve Color Group winners. Additionally, winners of these awards will receive an ‘over-the-back’ banner, as is our tradition. For show placements from 1st through 6th, we will also be awarding ribbons.

Judge FOR The Small Breeders Challenge 2012 Helen Humphreys Helen Humphreys along with her husband Jim has been breeding and raising alpacas since 2001 and Helen has been very active within the alpaca community. She served as the President of the Pennsylvania Alpaca Owners and Breeders Association, managed the PAOBA Breeders Showcase, served on the Mid-Atlantic Alpaca Association Board of Directors, and served on several Alpaca Owners and Breeders Association committees. Helen was also a founding partner in Silver Penn Sales, an auction management company.

Suri Small Breeders Challenge 2012 Trophy

Helen has been a certified Halter and Fleece Judge since 2007 and enjoys traveling throughout the country evaluating alpacas, offering educational seminars, herd evaluations and sale consultations. Helen, Jim and their two children, Mia and Raymond, reside in Gibsonia Pennsylvania and manage a small herd of huacaya alpacas at Silvercloud Farm.

Welcome to Broken Road Alpacas. My Name is Stacy Miller and I’ve been insuring camelids for the past 16 years. I also have helped my late husband and his parents raise alpacas and llamas for 12 years. I invested in my first alpaca 10 years ago and never looked back. It¹s been an incredible experience and blessing for both myself and my family. I love the animals and most of all, the wonderful friends I¹ve made through the years.

Now celebrating it’s 15th full year of operation, Cas-Cad-Nac Farm was first conceived as an idea by Ian and Jennifer Lutz in late 1994. Having grown from a small herd at its inception in 1997, today CCNF is the largest alpaca farm in New England and a full time family enterprise. Since starting their business it has been Ian and Jen’s mission to breed the best alpacas that could be found with an eye towards continually advancing the North American domestic herd, always with an emphasis on furthering the development of the alpacas’ fiber quality and characteristics.

I’ve always dreamed of having my own ranch and raising my own alpacas, and we¹re finally on our way. My husband Joe, along with our kids Taylor, Dakota, Kinyon, Amari and Jaivan make up Broken Road Alpacas. In 2011 we partnered with RayNay Alpacas and purchased Mike & Janet Wilkins herd when they retired. Today Broken Road Alpacas is home to 200 Suri alpacas. We are very excited about our new venture. We show most of our animals, which requires a lot of road time and time away from family. However, we want you to know not just what we think about our animals, but what others around the country do as well. We strive to have the best customer service around. We are very easy going and flexible to work with. We aren¹t only looking for a sale, but a relationship with you. A sale only last so long, but a relationship lasts a lifetime! We’ve been truly blessed by this industry and want to share it with others! If you would like information about our ranch or alpacas, please don¹t hesitate to call or e-mail. We would love to help you or direct you in any way we can.

Cas-Cad-Nac Farm’s Herdsires and their progeny have consistently won numerous awards and accolades at both the regional and national level. The females of the CCNF foundation herd, without whom that success would not have been possible, come from a wide variety of award winning bloodlines from all over the world though there is an emphasis on animals of Peruvian descent. Cas-Cad-Nac Farm is proud to be a sponsor of the 2012 Futurity, the most important and competitive event on the North American alpaca show circuit!

At Great Lakes Ranch the vision of an idyllic, yet profitable lifestyle has been a working reality for over three decades. It started, in 1981, as a young man’s dream to raise camelids in a peaceful, rural setting with the purchase of llamas and alpacas and adding Tibetan Yak in 1992. Over the past 31 years, we have witnessed and been involved in the building of all three livestock industries on a local, regional and national level, serving on various boards, committees, associations, judging in the show ring and even in the selection for South American importations. We remain committed to the long-term vitality of our industries and still have a passion for breeding and raising elite colored suris after all these years.

Jerry, Libby, Tripp, and Ty Forstner invite you to visit Magical Farms and experience one of North America’s largest and most varied herds. This is a farm brought together by the magic of the alpaca, and with over 1,500 alpacas happily grazing at Magical Farms, it is truly a labor of love. It is our family’s goal to provide an unprecedented level of service and highest value for each alpaca sold to our customers. Since coming into the alpaca community we have pioneered the concepts of live birth guarantees, all inclusive breeding fees with no hidden charges, long term financing at the farm, and on-farm training for customers, their veterinarians, and farm managers. When you purchase an alpaca from Magical Farms, either through an auction or directly by private treaty, you can rest assured that we will do all that we can to make the alpaca lifestyle the best that it can be for you and your family. We wish for each and every one of our customers to become friends for life.

Our lifelong involvement in all phases of the llama, alpaca and Tibetan yak industries has graced us with many rewards above and beyond just making a unique livelihood while living in a breathtaking location. Our chosen lifestyle has given us the opportunity to raise a family together, travel the world, engage in community and outdoor recreational pursuits and to pursue our many passions. Friendships forged, both old and new have deeply enriched our lives. When all is said and done, our favorite part of every day on the ranch, is doing what we love best…being home, tending our herds, working the land, enjoying the view from our porch and understanding how lucky we are to have these animals as the center of our every day life.

We welcome you to our home and to our family’s alpaca lifestyle. Jerry, Libby, Tripp and Ty Forstner

Snowmass Alpacas strives for excellence across our entire herd. Our efforts are acknowledged in high-end shows and sales in the United States and abroad. We are dedicated to producing genetics that will continue to advance the alpaca industry in the world marketplace. We work with scientists and Camelid breeders worldwide, seeking new advancements in preventative herd management, diagnostics and treatments. We are also working with various mills in fiber grading, sorting and milling so that we can give breeders a better perspective as to the direct relationship with fineness/crimp/length/color/ and many other variables as it relates to end products and fleeces we are breeding for. Snowmass has worked hard to keep a well-diversified breeding program and not narrow any of the genetic possibilities. This keeps our program exciting. The outcome of our advanced breeding program is as thrilling as the first day we started. A healthy, strong alpaca with high quality fiber in a spectrum of colors is directive for the present as well as the future.

At Tripping Gnome Farm Alpacas we are crafting an advanced herd of Huacaya Alpacas using world class, proven genetics and highly selective breeding for correct conformation, elite fleeces and consistent results. TGF is a full-time, full service, family owned alpaca farm located in Freeport, Maine. TGF is home to Ryen, Ursula, Isabella and Tillie Munro, and over 90 exceptional huacaya alpacas. But, before it was Tripping Gnome Farm, it was one big wooded lot with great potential located just a couple of miles from the village of Freeport. Ryen (a Maine native) and Ursula (a transplant) decided 10 years living in Massachusetts was enough and it was time to return to Maine. We built the farm from scratchstarting with a barn to house our small herd of geldings, which we had owned for three years and Tripping Gnome Farm Alpacas began. We have grown into a dynamic herd of over 90 alpacas representing world class and potent bloodlines focusing on fineness, character, density, excellent conformation and vigor. The health and well-being of our alpacas are our top priority and our first class facilities reflect our dedication to providing our animals with the best care possible. We have over twelve years of experience owning and caring for alpacas. Along with our combined backgrounds in investing and medicine we provide comprehensive service and support to both new and experienced alpaca owners and breeders. We believe that the U.S. has built one of the best national herds in the world. We are fully committed to the alpaca industry as it continues to grow and evolve in the United States and beyond. We have only a few every year and each one we treasure as are the seed stock of everything we have worked so hard to achieve in advancing alpaca genetics. Here we have listed Snowmass Mystical Music who as her sister has a beautiful frame and similar high scores across her grading sessions with Snowmass. The genetic lines of Snowmass Elite Legend and his consistency of quality in his progeny are no fluke. He is proven in both show and statistics of Royal alpaca to be the finest breeding stud in the Quechua line and titled Herdsire of the Year 2 years running here at the Futurity and Supreme Champion in the leading International shows. Having an offspring from this line is every elite breeder’s goal. Snowmass Mystical Music also like her sisters embodies the Super Royal fine fleece with outstanding even bright staple and shows excellent consistency over her entire frame. She will also continue to have an advanced fine fleece her entire life of which both her Dam and Sire and Grand Sire, Quechua, have PROVEN to have year after year, and progeny after progeny. If your goal is to generate a herd of Royal and Super Royal for the finest alpaca textiles in the world then it would be a wise investment to add these genetics to your breeding program. She is another gem and one of two to choose from as LOT #1 Futurity Sale 2012

The lovely Thessalonia is full sister to 2011 Futurity Black Male Champion Crescent Moon’s Thelonius. While she is a different alpaca than her brother, it is obvious looking at the two that quality black production runs deep in this family tree. Thessalonia is a striking and well grown true black female. She possess’ a lovely head and elegant lines as seen in her exemplary conformation. Her fleece has superior density, radiant luster and outstanding staple length which compliment very good fineness and high frequency/moderate amplitude crimp which is very uniformed. For those who like to breed black alpacas, Thessalonia is a breeder’s dream come true, both by her person and by her pedigree. She is a daughter of the great Valentino (a Danko son) and her dam is Harmonia. Harmonia is a Dark Shadow daughter; Dark Shadow from the outstanding program at Grand River Alpacas. Thessalonia sell with Crescent Moon’s full ranch guarantees and the breeding of your choice. We would choose either Nitro, Simtustus or Kane.

Service Sire: Beethoven #30503663 Date Bred: 10/19/11

VAC's Blue Indigo is the lustrous spitting image of her sire, Patagonia's Amicus, a beautiful true black, with nice straight lines. Her family tree is filled with rich color and with multi-champions such as Kaspa, Danko, La Bohemia, and MFI Peruvian Champion. Indigo's dam has proven over the years to be an incredible producer for us and has definitely passed on her gentle, good-natured personality to her daughter. Indigo has been bred to 12X champion Beethoven for a late September 2012 birth. We fully expect Beethoven to reproduce himself in black with one of his offspring and with Indigo's strong black background, this may be the breeding to do it. Over two show seasons, Beethoven's offspring have now won 34 blue ribbons, 17 championships, 8 reserves and 3 judges choice. This female's sire was the 2007 Futurity reserve color champion and her service sire was the 2008 Futurity color champion so offering her for sale here in 2012 only makes sense.

Here is our best juvie female from 2011! This Accoyo girl is ready to win those ribbons for you. She spanks of the quality that comes from her royal heritage. Elena, named after the daughter of Don Julio Barreda exhibits all the qualities that discerning suri breeders desire. She is a proud alert girl with a beautiful disposition, maybe because she knows she is really, really good! The luster is everywhere. Neck, belly, side, hip tail, leg! It is that creamy buttery luster that we love and which indicates a dense fleece blessed with fineness. Her locks drape like a Tiffany lamp, with cover to the ground on a strong frame and the Kahuna trade mark head adds more kerb appeal. We spoke of a royal heritage. Full Accoyo! Her mom is an Accoyo Ganador and Accoyo Uribe daughter from the Pacific Crest herd. The father has proven he is the pre-eminent white herdsire of the US suri herd, Pucara Kahuna. She comes with a breeding to Chakotah or Chakotah's Wyuna.

Here is the next foundation female! Adrianna is a classic image of her sire and dam's best traits. With an amazing degree of luster, excellent coverage from her face to her toes, solid conformation, independent lock formation and the fineness that every suri breeder wants. She is unrelated to MacGyver/Bruxo lines so her breeding potential is limitless! 15/16 Peruvian Adrianna's dam, Semejanzo's Affinity of SBFS, went undefeated in the ring in 2007 and was Reserve Color Champion at the 2007 Futurity. Affinity's full sister, Clarion, was 4x JUDGES' CHOICE Winner (Nationals/Futurity/Indiana/Buckeye) and Multiple Time Champion. Adrianna's sire, Meadowgate's Peruvian Saber,(2010 Reserve Dark Suri Herdsire of the Year) is a superb full Peruvian male with outstanding lock definition to the skin. His luster is unbelievable! He is everything you would come to expect from an Accoyo Baron grandson and a Sergeant Major Jax son. He has amazing density and the highly desired slick, cool feel to his fiber. His head is superb; he has great bone as well as leg coverage. His crias are taking the show circuit by storm. 2 yr financing.

For my first auction consignment, I knew it had to be a World Class Black. I must offer an animal I'd prefer to keep as well as one I'd want to buy back! Snowmass Earth Angel is a true black out of Black (Champion Snowmass Midnight Magic-incredible phenotype w/ultrafine black fleece & Chima-cornerstone of Silky Blacks from Snowmass). Angel is a great mom (birthed easily w/ plenty of milk) & produced a spectacular black female out of Snowmass Matrix Midnight whom I've kept to continue these genetics in my black program. If this doesn't get your attention, imagine what her next cria will be like out of Multiple Champion NeverSummer's US Steel (owned by Granite Bay Alpacas), a handsome Silver Grey son of Aussie .38 Special. Steel is not only extremely dense but has amazing 2yr fiber stats (16.8,3.6, 21.7,0.9) backed by top placements (AOBA Nationals/Futurity Blue & MOPACA Champ (out of 42)). Angel's cria from Steel will surely excite any serious breeder of black & grey!

He is an awesome representation of a phenotypically suri Male that is passing on extreme luster, density, lock structure, bone, and conformation to his offspring. His offspring dominated the 2011 show season. He sired the 2011 National Female Grey Color Champion, as well as the 2011 FUTURITY Grey Female Champion and Reserve Color Champion. His offspring also captured the 2011 Grey FUTURITY Male Color Champion. Silver Heat's offspring continued to dominate, as they captured the 2011 GWAS Grey Color and Reserve Color Champion Males and the Reserve Grey Color Champion Female. The Judges at the 2011 GWAS show rewarded him as his Get-Of-Sire team was 4th out of about 15 entries. Maybe the highest a grey has ever placed at this caliber of show.

After 33 years of breeding camelids, we can truly say that one of the most fun and rewarding things about breeding gray alpacas is the wonderful blacks we sometimes get as a bonus. Shameless is a true black girl with a beautiful fleece. She is one of the first cria sired by our young, grey herdsire, Miami Vice, who has an impressive show record to back up his stunning fleece. Among others he is an AOBA Blue Ribbon winner and a Reserve Color Champion at the huge Denver show. On Shameless' dam side, the true black Trixie was sired by another one of our AOBA Blue Ribbon winners, GNLC Maximus Pacus. Shameless' great-grandmother, Saffire, is such a great producer she is still in our herd and has a daughter, GNLC Truffles, in this same sale. Shameless if fully guaranteed. For more information and a fiber sample, contact us at info@gnranch.com.

Jeremiah's Peruvian Far Out is a beautiful dark fawn male out of MFI Peruvian Fantana and Majestic Peruvian Jeremiah, Herdsire of the Year Fours Years in a Row (co-owned with Magical Farms and Flying Pony Alpacas). Far Out's fleece is soft and bright and has excellent crimp style and structure that is consistent from the front shoulder to the hip. He stands proudly in this year's Futurity auction as an excellent example of the kind of male that rises to the level of herdsire quality and the kind of offspring that rises to the level of excellence for both his sire and his dam, both of which have produced multiple award winning offspring. EXTREME, AWESOME, WOW!! This is the best way to describe Morena. Many of you already know her...but let me introduce to you the "head matriarch" of Oregon Alpaca Farm. This bay black beauty boasts a dense and lustrous fleece with locks from the tip of her nose, down her thick legs. Everyone who visit's the farm can't help but say "WOW who is That!". Morena has produced many of our top females and several males on our stud row. One cria out of Morena you may easily recall...Chocolate Obsession, an unstoppable Multiple Champion black female and high seller at the AOBA Auction, sired by our LCA Mr. Cool. Morena is unrelated to MacGyver lines and sports Peruvian Angel as her Grandfather. If that weren't enough we've bred her to Chakota's Wyuna. This 5 Time Color Champion and 4 Time Judges Choice winner is undoubtedly quality to the next level. We held her open from the fall to get her on a spring schedule and expect nothing but greatness with this match. If you're looking for that female that stands out in your pasture and brings a new level of EXTREME to your herd this gal is it.

We knew that expectations would be high for our entry this year so we've worked hard to put together a truly exceptional package for a savvy breeder. Beausoleil is a stellar dam with an excellent reproductive record. Daughter, "NeverSummer's Luminosa", received the Blue Ribbon at the 2009 Futurity in a hugely competitive class of 14, which included two offspring of the Light and Dark Herdsire of the Year! Lumie's fleece is still luscious enough to be used in our NeverSummer Baby Blankets. Daughter, "NeverSummer's Sunsong", sired by Aussie .38 Special, won 7 Blue Ribbons and 4 Reserve Color Championships as a juvie and also received the highest bid at the 2011 Breeders Edge Auction. We are so excited to offer this incredible female- TGF Morning Bells. Her show career speak volumes- two Judges’ Choice awards, 6 Color & R. Color Championships & 12 firsts earned in Halter, Fleece, Production classes & Specialty awards including Best Brightness & Best Hand. Morning Bells hails from our “Sunshine” line- a pre-potent & prolific maternal pedigree. Her dam, Accoyo Sunrise is a combination of Accoyo and Sollacota origins. Imports from these regions were highly screened and it shows in Sunrise’s elite fleece- exceptionally fine, bright & dense. We bred Accoyo Sunrise to SuperNova and produced Morning Bells. Continuing the legacy of her ancestors, Morning Bells first cria, Morning Dove, a beige female out of Snowmass Sub Zero, has a histogram of AFD-16.7, 2.7, 16.7, 0.4%, 0.7% SF-15.6, curv-52. Her second cria, TGF Marauder (m), is one of the best Snowmass Elite Legend babies born at Tripping Gnome in 2011 (offered at side).

This beautiful black female is the daughter of MFI Peruvian Black Mesquite and a lovely female named Hathaway Rose. When we were looking for a black female to represent Magical Farms in the prestigious 2012 All American Futurity Auction, Libby went back to her shearing notes to see what she had written about this incredible female. Her notes read: "Repeat the breeding that created this female!" At Magical Farms, those words are our highest praise! It's not surprising that Hideout is an excellent black...her sire is the famous, proven, multiple-champion producing herdsire MFI Peruvian Black Mesquite. Her dam is RCAF Hathaway Rose, daughter of Black Peruvian Royal Forest and fawn Accoyo male PPPeruvian Royal Fawn! Quality...inside and out. We're proud to offer her in this 2012 Futurity Auction. Symphonic Melody is another stunning offspring of our very prepotent herdsire Beethoven. Melody is also a sister of the 2011 Futurity 2nd high seller Symphonic Rhapsody, who sold for a well deserved $50,000.00. The fiber on this beautiful light fawn girl is very dense, extremely consistent, and exhibits wonderful crimp with a high degree of bundling. These attributes combined, produce a WOW factor of brightness when her fiber is opened up. Over two years of shows the Beethoven offspring have now won 34 blue ribbons, 17 championships, 8 reserve championships and 3 judges choice awards. The judges all comment on the consistency and fineness of the fiber on these animals. Melody, in our eyes, is one of the best so far. We are very pleased to offer this special female for your consideration. And to sweeten the pot we are including a breeding to Beethoven to be used on any other female owned by the buyer.

Tim wanted our BEST - here she is! In fact, we were told by a judge we shouldn't sell her! When you Bet on Black, what do you get? We got "Black's Gold"-THE Judge's Choice Female Suri at the 2011 Futurity. Goldie is the pinnacle of our breeding program and the judges appear to agree. Her golden locks are simply amazing and carry luster & fineness, consistently, head to toe. Goldie has won championships in light & fawn classes. She's shown under 6 different judges & they all agree she's at the top of her class with championship ribbons at 6 different shows. She's bred to our TB, 1/2 Accoyo, Torbio son, Carbon Fiber, for a May 2012 cria - a month after her purchase! Carbon Fiber's production includes 8 TB's out of 12 cria. Her dam & sire are foundation animals in our herd. She's exactly what we're striving to achieve in our breeding program. We can't wait to see what Goldie & Carbon Fiber produce! Here is Snowmass Alpine Lace, another all-time favorite Snowmass Elite Legend daughter. She also is the daughter to our lead Snowmass SubZero daughter Snowmass Alpine Song a line that is a genetic revolution in creating extreme consistency of fineness in fleece as proven with records of continued low CV and SD’s across the board as seen in her Dam’s Snowmass Alpine Song’s histogram at 4 years is: 19.1 3.4 17.7 0.7. Remarkable consistency with very low CV. Her first year cria a Snowmass Elite Legend male offspring, Snowmass Legends of the Fall, is full brother to Snowmass Alpine Lace. His histogram shows the same revolution of ROYAL: 17.0 3.0 17.7 0.3 SF 16.1 The value of Royal in white lies in the consistency of fineness. This is a very hard thing to achieve and why the genetic lines of Snowmass Elite Legend and his consistency of quality in his progeny are no fluke. He is proven in both show and statistics of Royal alpaca to be the finest breeding stud in the Quechua line and titled Herdsire of the Year 2 years running here at the Futurity and Supreme Champion in the leading International shows. Having an offspring from this line is every elite breeder’s goal. Snowmass Alpine Lace is the best representation of Royal in white alpaca and we are proud to offer her at this year’s Futurity 2012 sale.

Full Peruvian, Tikanui represents the very best we can offer in a white suri stud male. His phenomenal phenotype is the result of infusing the most elite traditional royal genetics from the PureSuri farm of Jack and Kelly Armstrong, former owners and makers of the famous Latah Creek Suris, and the most successful white Suri male in Futurity history, Pucara Kahuna. This yearling male is just coming into his prime. He had a sterling 2011 show career, but be prepared to be in awe of the extreme luster he now exhibits across his entire fleece, the result of the fineness and density of his advanced fleece style. The fiber has that buttery slick hand and you can see from the no tricks photography of his fleece that it truly expresses the greatness of his genetics. All of this delicious explosion of fiber traits is on a correct frame, topped off with that regal head, trade mark of Pucara Kahuna. See www.pucara-alpacas. com for more details of this superior male.

From very early on, it could be seen that Marquis was something special. His intense leg coverage and beautiful head were on par with his very fine, dense, high frequency and bright fleece. We expect this from his sire Copenhagen and we are growing to expect this from his dam, Tell Miss Catherine; a Laredo daughter who has produced four cria to date, every one of them being show quality including the incredible Aquinas, an Adonnis son. Marquis had a stellar show career, winning pretty much everything. This is truly a tribute to his outstanding blend of positive traits. His breeding career has begun with his first three cria expected later this year. We are thrilled about that and while we don’t over use any of our males you can bet that we will take a few more breedings before he is offered at the Futurity in April. We hope that you will consider this outstanding stud for your program. We are sure that you will be happy that you did. Marquis is classified as Indefinite Dark / Modern Dark Rose Grey.

This lovely lady joined our foundation herd as a yearling in 2006. Her sire, CPeruvian Accoyo Express, has produced color champion offspring in about every color. He is the foundation male that put Irish Meadows Farm on the map, just as Tuscan Gold has done for us. Grace is tall and pleasing to the eye with a balanced frame, sweet face and gentle personality. She placed well in the ribbons at the shows and went back to Brookhollow Farm for breeding to Snowmass Nova in ‘07, which produced medium fawn Nova’s Novena, also in our foundation herd. Bred to Tuscan, Grace has produced medium fawn Amber Wave, sold at ‘10 AOBA show, light fawn Grazie, purchased by Snowmass Alpacas at the ‘11 Futurity auction and now her ‘12 cria, med fawn Princess Grace, possibly the best of the bunch. Amazing Grace was a fine 17 MC juvenile and 19.9 MC yearling. She had good density and total coverage of fleece. She is a perfect reproduction female and very attentive dam. Her ‘12 cria is a real stunner. Although her ARI is pending, there’s no doubt she is a Tuscan Gold daughter as he has stamped his excellence all over this one. She has her sire’s head, perfect conformation with level top line, and her fleece is bright and already formed into little individual staples with even crimpy character all over. She is upright, spunky and definitely showed daddy’s presence from the moment she hit the ground. Straight legs and complete body coverage of fleece round out the package. She’s a big girl and is definitely show quality. Her dam is currently rebreeding to Tuscan Gold for a’13 cria. We’re reducing the number of our foundation females, so it is with ambivalence that we offer Grace and her cria in the auction. This is a fabulous 3-in-1 package full of quality. GLR Black Diamond is a bred, full Peruvian, true black Shavano daughter. Her mother, Prestigia, was the 2002 AOBA National Black Fleece Color Champion and has produced a long list of banner and ribbon winning offspring. Her sire, Shavano, was the 2010 Dark Herdsire of the Year. His offspring's show ring success earned Great Lakes Ranch the honor of being the 2010 and 2011 AAA Futurity Mid-Size Breeder of the Year. Black Diamond is a dense, jet black, lustrous, heavily covered gal with upright conformation and a sweet disposition. She was a solid member of our 2011 showstring placing 1st at GWAS, 2nd at the AAA Futurity and 3rd at MAPACA, all as a juvenile in large classes. Add to her equation, that she is bred to 5 time White Color Champion Young Felipe. If you're looking for a "showstopper" to add to your 2011 FUTURITY lineup, look no further. We here at Broken Road Alpacas introduce to you HUCKLEBERRY'S KEYSHA. She portray's many of the phenotypical suri traits that we as producers love to see. She is extremely dense, with a very high degree of luster. She has a nice fineness to her fleece, plus her bone and conformation are outstanding. We here at Broken Road Alpacas are not the only ones that think she is pretty outstanding. Judges have awarded Keysha first place in the only four shows she's competed in to date. She is undefeated in the show ring to date. Note: if you are a colored suri breeder, don't shy away from this beige beauty because bred to black she possibly could throw you a black with the light kind of luster and fiber characteristics. Stop by and take a look. I believe she'll "WOW" you! Awards: 1st - 2011 High Plains Alpaca Show 1st - 2011 Fall Festival 1st - 2011 Mid-America Alpaca Show 1st - 2011 Northern Illinois Alpaca Show

We are very reluctant but very proud to offer for your buying pleasure, our little Conchita. She is the culmination of four generations of our breeding selection. With 4Peruvian Legacy,Pperuvian Guellermo,Peruvian Alpamayo,Peruvian Bonanza as great grandsires and four prepotent great granddams, we did not expect any less! Her sire Amber Tahoma is extremely dense, retaining great fineness, and his progeny are impressive and consistent. Her dam is a beautiful dark brown Laredo daughter with great density, luster, soft hand, and excellent maternal instincts. Conchita exhibits a soft handling, dense, lustrous, high frequency crimped fleece with incredible fineness as exhibited by her 2011 histogram: AFD 14.3,SD 3.1,CV 21.4,0.3%>30. At her only show, the Alpaca Breeders Invitational, Conchita won a blue ribbon. Conchita will be bred to Accoyo America Jason. We expect this to result in a dark colored cria with great density and exquisite fineness. Wow! to the lucky buyer!

North Plains Alpacas Peruvian Sydney is an excellent example of success in strategic breeding! We set out to breed Sydney's fawn dam, Aconcagua to one of the "finest" dark males we could find, BMF Taos' Zeppelin (owned by Delphi Alpacas). He is a male with extraordinary fleece qualities, consistent, low microns, low CV's, and an impressive "zipper" style crimp character. Zeppelin may be a bay black but it wasn't the dark color that we were breeding for, it was fleece! Fleece! Fleece! Pedigree is an added bonus with Sydney as she comes from a line of well-known herdsires such as, Accoyo Legacy, El Moustachio, Peruvian Midnight Express, Caligula, Kilimanjaro, and Drambuie. A quality packed pedigree, beautiful fine fleece, along with natural good looks, Sydney is ready for you to take to show for the 2012 season.

Silver-Gem is a gorgeous classic medium silver grey female is stunning! Grey has always been "hot" and this kind of quality is hard to find. She is dense with excellent overall coverage and uniform locks throughout her fleece. Gem's gorgeous head attracts all suri breeders. She is well conformed with a straight topline, correct bite, straight legs and a high degree of luster. Add to that her wonderful personality and you the perfect addition to your herd! When you look at her bloodlines this SilverGem will not only add color to your show string but when it comes time to breed her you can be almost assured of grey offspring. Her sire is a multi-champion classic medium silver grey - WLK Silver Threads. He may be our best kept grey secret! We recently purchased Silver Threads after reviewing his amazing ability to produce grey. Every time Threads was bred to grey or black he produced grey or black! Gem's dam, Silver's Liberty is also a gorgeous silver grey and has produced only grey or black= 3 medium silver greys and 1 true black! The genetics are there for this young female to produce strong grey color. She comes with affordable financing as well as full fertility guarantee.

We took Annabelle to one AOBA Show as a juvenile and she was the reserve champion white female. Now she is ready for breeding and while at this writing she is not bred, that status may change before the Futurity Sale. Annabelle is a very well grown female. She displays tremendous stature and excellent capacity. However, she is gentle and quiet and her fleece is breathtaking. Annabelle’s fiber is very dense and very fine and we find that the brightness it expresses is exemplary. Annabelle is full Accoyo and the genetics represented in her pedigree are those of titans within our industry. Her dam is a direct Caligula daughter and her sire is one of our premiere Legacy sons, Crescent Moon’s Accoyo Nobility. Annabelle can be bred to any of a number of our studs but we like Accoyo Elite for this pairing. Maybe by the time we arrive at Grand Island, Nebraska in April this preference will be reality. Annabelle sells with full Crescent Moon Ranch guarantees.

We wanted to keep Holokai but we need to show the US suri market that we are producing elite colored champions! When we first started planning for a colored breeding program we knew Pp. Bruxo had to be the backbone. Holokai represents the most concentrated colored Bruxo genetics we could muster. Holokai had a great 2011 show year despite being at the young end of the classes but in 2012 he has blossomed into everything we had hoped. His charcoal black fleece drapes into highly defined independent heavy locks that exhibit the concentrated luster and vitality of an advanced fleece. It is fine and it is slick! Holokai's sire LCA Huckleberry de Latah has given us a string of colored cria that all reflect these fiber traits. The dam Midori, a dark Captain Morgan show winning daughter, imparted those show winning genetics into a potential stud male that will breed true to his heritage because of our careful genetic planning! See him at www.pucara-alpacas.com

With awesome crimp, density and beautiful medium rose-gray color, Truffles is an outstanding young female. She comes from the first crop of babies our of our special young herdsire, Orlando Cloud son Miami Vice. Miami is an AOBA Blue Ribbon winner and Reserve Color Champion at the huge Denver show. He has a simply stunning fleece that is like nothing we've seen in 33 years of breeding camelids. On Truffle's dam side, Saffire is a standout producer with a tremendous influence on our herd which includes several of her daughters and sons. Saffire puts amazing cria on the ground year after year, including a great-granddaughter that is also in this sale. Truffles is fully guaranteed. His sire North Star is a fusion of El Nino and Nautilus' full sister Sequoia, 2004 AOBA White Female Color Champion. His dam Tally Ho, is a daughter of Accoyo Talara and Nautilus. Chinook is appropriately named for the famous Chinook Salmon, the "stud" of the Northwest coast rivers. He's solid, straight and proud with one of the top elite fleeces we've produced at Accoyo America. If you are looking to add color and champion genetics to your herd, look no further. Shadow Dancer's Seraphina is a gorgeous gem. Judge Kevin O'Leary said about her in 2011 when he awarded her with Reserve Color Champion in Minnesota, "THIS is what I look for in a suri female!" Perfect conformation, shimmering luster, and very fine penciled fiber. Her stand-out feature has always been her excellent lock structure, not often seen in true black suris. Seraphina is bred to our very own Synergy's Gabriel who has produced his first two offspring in 2011 with stunning results - Gabriel's Angel of the Shadows and Gabriel's Peruvian Starlette, both of which can be seen in the Futurity Show. Gabriel has passed on his strong bone structure, dense fiber, and unbelievable luster. Together Gabriel and Seraphina are sure to produce a champion for you. She is due in September of 2012 and comes with another breeding to one of our herdsires. Don't pass up this opportunity!

SuriPaco's Dania is the result of breeding two great bloodlines-a 1/2 Accoyo Torbio grand daughter, MTBA Danielle with Snowmass Silken Gold. Born in August, 2010, Dania has matured into a beautiful light fawn Suri with excellent presence, luster, density, lock structure and regrowth. As the youngest in a class of seven at the 2011 Futurity Show, the fiber stats below explain why Dania was awarded the Reserve Color Championship. While awaiting the National show a month later, and although boarded on a stone dust paddock causing a loss of luster she received a third place in her class under Judge Julio Sumar. Dania is one of SuriPaco's best alpacas and we are reluctant to part with her. With this excellent breeding repeated for 2012, however, we recognize in sharing these genetics and working with other Suri buyers will keep our bloodlines diversified. Dania is offered as a way for your farm to take a step forward in your own competitive breeding program. Awards: Reserve Champion - 2011 The Futurity

In 2008, Magical Farms and Majestic Meadows decided to enter the competition for Herdsire of the Year with Majestic Peruvian Jeremiah, a co-owned male. Jeremiah's offspring went on to shine at the event and Jeremiah has won Herdsire of the Year every year since then. Two of the incredible males who won White Male Color Champion and Light Male Color Champion, both now mega-champions, were LMFI Peruvian Playboy (see Lot 48) and MFI Peruvian Precocious. They won in some of the toughest competition ever to grace the Futurity show pen. MFI Peruvian Roaring 20's is the daughter of MFI Peruvian Precocious, now proudly co-owned with Cas-Cad-Nac Farm. Her dam is multiple champion MFI Peruvian Razzle Dazzle. Her pedigree could be described as the "who's who" of the alpaca industry. We will post it on her stall! She has it all...from fiber to phenol! Roaring 20s sells with Magical's full guarantees and with a free breeding to any solely-owned Magical Farms herdsire.

GLR Armani, at a very young age, following in his sire's successful footsteps, was the Reserve Grey Color Champion at three of the biggest national alpaca shows in 2011. His show career started off with a Reserve Grey Male Championship at MAPACA when he was just 7 months old, and went on to include two more Reserve Grey Male Championships at the AAA Futurity and AOBA Nationals over the course of the next month. His sire GLR Kolaqua, was Grey Male Color Champion at the 2008 MAPACA and AOBA Nationals, and the 2009 AOBA Grey Male Color Champion as well. Kolaqua's first fleece weighed in at 11.8 pounds. GLR Armani, like his dad, has a dense fleece, packed on a compact frame, with solid lock and great luster. His mother GLL Alita, was one of our best producers of champion banner winning and high selling auction offspring on our ranch over the past 31 years. To top off Armani's impressive show performance and parentage, the guy has a sweet and very mellow disposition.

We have selected Seleca for this year's sale not just because she is a blue ribbon winner and carries all the qualities one would want in a foundation female, but because she is the only female we will release at auction that is bred to DDF Peruvian Rico Suave. Seleca's low microns of 16.8 in 2010 and again, 16.8 in 2011, indicate to us her potential for holding fineness. Breeding Seleca with Rico Suave, whose 11 year micron was 17.1, looked to be the best way to produce the finest offspring in the country or at least to get that "lingering fineness" Rico Suave was so well known for. With the passing of Rico Suave this past year, this may be the only opportunity to add THESE quality genetics to your herd.

ELK Matrix's Moon Dancer is the gorgeous light brown daughter of Snowmass Matrix. Her pedigree reads like the who's who of the alpaca elite; Snowmass Quechua, 6Peruvian Accoyo Elite, Peruvian Hemingway, PPPeruvian Caligula, 4Peruvian Legacy, PPPeruvian Cahuide, Peruvian Bueno. Moon Dancer boasts a strong compact frame, solid bone with an ideal phenotype. Her bright fleece carries a soft handle with a high frequency architecture from skin to tip and from top knot to toes just like her sire, Snowmass Matrix. She comes with a free breeding to any Double "O" Good Herdsire Hall of Fame male. Our recommendation would be to breed her to Snowmass Rising Sun. His sire, Snowmass Quechua's Rising Son is in New Zealand and just took Champion Senior Stud male at their National Show for the 2nd year in a row and NO LONGER available in the US. Here's a girl any breeder would love to call their own. Let our breeding program give you the "Breeder's Edge"!

Dolce Vita is a full Accoyo offspring of Accoyo La Nina, El Nino's full sister and Legacy son, Accoyo Sai-Hoji. She is large and robust, with a dense elite fleece. Her fleece is stunningly bright and silky. She's bred to Accoyo America Mahatma for a July 5, 2012 birth. 2010 histogram: 19.2m, 4.4m, 22.7%, 1.9%

We reached deep into our breeding program to offer up this treasure. 4Peruvian Legacy, Accoyo Elite on the top side, Pperuvian Camilio and Peruvian Hemingway on the bottom side provide the prepotent genetic fusion for Marcene. Her fleece displays very nice fineness, excellent luster, soft handle, very consistent crimp character, and great density. Excellent conformation well balanced on a strong frame, complimented by a perfect bite and solid black eyes, round out her attributes. Her 2011 histograms reads as follows: 17.0, 3.3, 19.4,0.2%>30. Marcene will be bred to Accoyo America Ulysses and positive by sale date. We are certain this will produce an outstanding result. Kudos to the lucky buyer!

If you are suri breeder looking for a unique high quality suri female to add to your herd, take a look at Graycee by Lego. Graycee is a produce of her grey champion dam, Warrior's Gray Liaden of SBSF and our amazing Bruxo son, Bruxo's Legolastone. Graycee is a Harlequin grey female that has excellent luster, independent solid locks with the best uniformity throughout her fleece. She has an adorable full coverage face, solid bone with great coverage down to her toes. This girl would place well in a white class but to put this kind of quality in an Appy coloring means you will be at the top of the any class! Add to all of this conformation and fiber quality, the fact that she has a fun and entertaining personality...it just proves this is a winning combination. Mystic Springs Ranch is committed to the alpaca industry and therefore we only enter our best offspring in any auction. We are pleased to offer Graycee by Lego to the Futurity Auction. LMFI Peruvian Jeremiah's Lady is owned by Libby Forstner. She illustrates why we value her sire Majestic Peruvian Jeremiah so much! You might say that Lady is quality inside and out. She has it all from phenotype to the advanced fleece exhibiting all we demand in our very BEST fleeces...fleece density, fineness and high-frequency, high-amplitude crimp. Her pedigree is flawless. Her sire Jeremiah has won SIX Herdsire of the Year titles. No other male in the history of our industry has accomplished this. Her dam MFI Peruvian Mademoiselle is a simply stunning daughter of 5Peruvian Marla and MFI Peruvian Donovan. Donovan is the multiple champion son of Accoyo PPPeruvian Augusto and 5Peruvian Durazna 8553. Lady sells with Libby's and Magical's full farm guarantees and with a free breeding to any solely-owned, unrestricted herdsire owned by Libby or Magical Farms. Her purchase can be financed with 25% down at an interest rate of 1% over prime, adjusted quarterly.

One of La Finca's Peruvian Sarah's main attraction has to be her histogram of 15.5, 3.4, 21.6, 0.8. Not at 6 months of age, not at 1 year old, not even at 2 years old but AT THREE YEARS OF AGE!!. Sarah does her pedigree proud with these awesome numbers. I attribute Sarah's lingering fineness, uniformed bright fleece, consistent density and her overall good looks to the dams in her background, 3P MACARA, 3P AYABACA, 2P ZOILA, PERUVIAN VERBENA and her dam PERUVIAN MONA MI, all proven granddams of Royal Baby fiber offspring. It also helps when you have PERUVIAN VERY VICTOR, PPERUVIAN VICTOR G4563 (twice) and PERUVIAN HEMINGWAY in the family tree. It was a no brainer that K-2 would be her service sire as he is full Alianza (imported in-utero) and has an identical fleece style to that of Sarah's. ALSO included is an additional transferrable breeding to any of our phenomenal ACCOYOS, WHITE GOLD, PLANTEL, DIONYSUS or TSUNAMI.

This pretty Tuscan Gold daughter is all grown up and ready to be a foundation female on a farm looking to add long staple length, lingering fineness on a nice solid frame with pretty head. Add a great maternal line with problem-free reproductive qualities and early maturity, and you've got it all. Maternal sire line goes back to Timoteo. ChiChi's dam, a Res Champ fleece show winner, has maintained fineness and uniformity of fleece with a spike histogram (AFD 20.8) despite being 4 years old, pregnant, and fat with body score of 9. Love those alpacas whose fleece isn't influenced by their environment, and ChiChi is following in her footsteps. ChiChi is a Cocoa Puffe granddaughter and is bred to our 8-time champion El Corazon`, doubling up on those great Cocoa Puffe genetics, our best color production line. Corazon` will fortify the long staple, beautiful head, fine, bright fleece, full body coverage and add density and uniformity. Don't miss out on this opportunity!

Tapestrie is a striking female who will stand out in a herd. Her pinto markings are medium fawn and white. She is the daughter of Elliot, a multi-blue ribbon stud, son of Peruvian Leon. Her dam, Margaretta's Bluebell is full Peruvian. Tapestrie has nice conformation with big bones, a correct bite, and incredible fleece. It is lustrous, crimpy, and has that super soft handle that is such fun to spin. Her colors, when combined, create a pretty heathered yarn. Her fiber has great staple length, density, and fineness just like her dam and her sire. She is easy to handle, loves children, and because of her unique pinto coloring, is a favorite of visitors to the ranch. She has been raised on organic food, and has received lots of individual attention. Buyer will receive one breeding to a Casweck stud. This animal has never been shown.

Here's a full Peruvian 1/2 Accoyo white female sired by our honorable Accoyo Libertine, a medium Fawn Accoyo male. Libertine's kids have been nothing short of spectacular.... Especially his first crop last year in colors from white through dark brown and bringing home many purple, and blue ribbons. Luxine's dam, Abancay, has been responsible for producing top males and females that stand in production at farms across the country. Luxine's 1/2 brother on the maternal side, Diesel, stands stud on our farm and at 2 years old and breeding had an AFD 18.4, Spin fineness of 17.9, and >30 = 0.8%. His merits include 2 White Championships with one being a shorn 2 1/2 year old! Luxine's fleece is dense with luster that pops. She sells with a breeding to any Oregon Alpaca Farm herdsire. We would recommend Accoyo Grand Luster who is producing some spectacular crias on our 2012 show string.

Poppins is an outstanding young female with a strong Alianza background resulting in a superb fleece. Her sire is NWA, LTD Predictor, one of Heart Desire Farm's foundation studs who has been closed to outside breedings for many years. Her dam's sire is RFA Warrior's Destini, a sought after male of Canadian origin who is now deceased. Poppins maternal sister High Fashion is a Reserve Champion who has produced an outstanding male, HDF Prez. Poppins has only been shown one time at Nationals and placed in a large white class. She sells with a fully transferable breeding to any Mountain Sky Ranch herd sire including Snowmass Matrix Belvedere, HDF Accoyo Sir Issac, Snowmass Inspiration and Snowmass Ice Man. Don't miss this opportunity to acquire a rare Predictor daughter! Buy this girl and we will throw in a membership to our new Sustainable Livestock Nutrition Program (a $2500 value). This shining star was born on the fourth of July! Her luster is absolutely amazing. She is loaded with dense fiber and ringlet curls. Nakira has always been one of our favorites. Besides being stunningly beautiful, she has a very relaxed, sweet personality. She is one of the first to greet visitors and loves a neck rub! Nakira has done very well in shows, taking first, second or third in all - including a third at Nationals. Judges have been very complimentary of her luster, density, solid bone structure, and have even noticed her sweet personality! After purchase, Nakira will return to our farm for an included breeding to Synergy's Gabriel - our proven herdsire who has produced gorgeous true black offspring (see Gabriel's Peruvian Starlette and Gabriel's Angel of the Shadows in the Futurity Show). Make this sweet little angel yours!

Take a look at this one! Zalika not only has that stunning eye appeal, but a pedigree loaded with our industry's best with the likes of Inca, Bruxo, Macgyver, and Apache just to name a few. Her sire and dam also were numerous ribbon winners in the show ring. This is the kind of girl that will stop people in their tracks as they walk past your stall. She is very proud and rightly so. This girl will not only turn head in the show ring, but could possibly be a foundation female for your farm. Stop by and get your hands on her. You won't be disappointed!

6Peruvian Accoyo Elite 5057 IMPR98 808094 Crescent Moon's Illusions 1205497 Crescent Moon's Mirage 831080

Inocencia is a quiet and very gentle soul with a very loud fleece which screams EXCELLENCE! Inocencia’s fleece is ultra bright, with a silky handle, the kind which we believe would make an “elite end product”. Her outstanding blend of fineness and density are expressed within the elite staple development which allow us to declare this, a highly evolved fleece. None of this is surprising to us. Illusions (Inocencia’s dam) is an Elite daughter born to a Legacy daughter, Mirage. According to her histogram reports, Illusion’s fleece at six years of age has never crested above 21.5 microns. Inocencia’s sire is our El Nino son, El Biento who is also maternal brother to Shiftin Gears. El Biento and Shiftin Gears teamed up in 2005 to represent their dam and earn blue ribbon honors for produce of dam at the AOBA National Show. Simply said, very good stuff! Inocencia has a full sister who was purchased by our very good friends James and Jeanette Campbell at Alpacas of Willowbrook Farm. She is Crescent Moon’s Illiana. Considering the quality of these two daughters, I think it is obvious who Illusions will be bred to next. Inocencia sells with Crescent Moon’s full ranch guarantees and a breeding to any of our solely owned studs. I think we would select our newest addition, LMFI Peruvian Ceasar.

Terms: Down Payment 34% Interest rate: Fixed at Prime +1%. 24 monthly payments, beginning 6/1/2012. Amortization Period: 24 months with Payments due monthly by the 1st day of the month, beginning June 1st 2012. Warranty: A Buyer can take possession

As we were screening the 2010 males for both 2012 breeding for our program and for update of our records, Snowmass Majesty in Moonlight was a true stand out with highest screening grades across the board. We commented on his name given as a cria, would so fit him as he developed; “Majesty in the Moonlight and Daylight” He embodies the quality of both his Champion Sire and Dam as well as makes an incredible combination of our lead breeding genetics across his entire pedigree. Majesty in Moonlight has a gorgeous compact frame with strong bone and correct proportion. He carries an evolved beautifully consistent fleece with even staple length and very low primary ratio as we now require in our lead breeding studs. Inside the fleece you find a brilliant long staple highly crimped fleece that is dense yet in Royal grade and consistent over his entire blanket. He carries soft high crimped fleece through the neck and into his wool cap. He has beautiful soft fleece coverage as well down the legs. He should be ready to breed this fall 2012. He is a 5-star young stud listed as keeper Royal breeding stud. We would have him as one of our 1st list Show string males had we shown this year which makes him a SPECIAL candidate to represent our breeding program for showing at this Futurity Show, as well as the rest of the season. Snowmass Majesty in Moonlight’s genetics carry the finest white with a well balanced option for Elite Color. Rarely do we find a white from a colored male with this quality of brightness and consistency as well as staple length. He is one of a kind and a true Majesty in the Moonlight.

Sugaree is a very typie and appealing young bay black female with a beautiful fleece that is nicely crimped with good handle and coverage. She has excellent conformation and comes from our best bloodlines with a notable pedigree to back up her showy looks. Sire MKC's Miami Vice is a grey Orlando Cloud son with an amazing fleece and an impressive show record: He is both an AOBA Blue Ribbon winner and a Reserve Color Champion at the huge Denver Alpaca Show. With 3 other offspring in this sale, you can get a good look at the consistent quality of Miami's colorful and elegantly fleeced crias. Sugaree's dam is the lovely, true black GNLC Mariposa, one of our keeper daughters by GNLC Maximus Pacus, another AOBA Blue Ribbon winner. This entire dam line is very thrifty and productive with successful and easy moms, traits we value highly in our herd. Feel free to ask for a fiber sample and more photos of Sugaree at info@gnranch.com.

Amber Glow Ranch proudly presents a perfect jewel to bring distinction to your breeding program: Tycoon’s Golden Topaz. This little lady sparkles with an ultra-bright lustre reflecting off her very fine but dense, “greasy” fleece that doesn’t quit shimmering all the way down to the skin. She has the exemplary square, boxy conformation one expects to see in the ideal suri alpaca. Most importantly, Golden has the ideal beautiful small suri head, absolutely covered with thick furry golden curls and big beard that only the very highest caliber suri’s can lay claim to. Her pedigree explains why. Her sire OAF Tycoon, owned by Oregon Alpaca Farm, is son of Futurity champ Snowmass Nautilus, son of MacGyver. Her dam’s side includes Peruvian Protocol, son of 4Peruvian Meteor. Her grandam is a Peruvian Amador daughter, sister to Pucara Kahuna, Futurity 2009, 2010, 2011 Suri Light/White Herdsire of the Year. Perfect genetics in a gorgeous package! Awards: 2nd and Reserve Color Champion - AWE 2011
