i, I’m Nilam Holmes, beauty expert to the stars and owner of renowned Dermaspa clinic and cosmetic brand EyebrowQueen. We have had the busiest month in our clinic since I opened in Milton Keynes 15 years ago. I have noticed a change in the business. I am finding that clients are wanting more intense longlasting treatments rather than pampering and most notably I have seen a huge increase in the number of male clients that have been visiting the clinic. The TV show 10 Years Younger in 10 Days has been a huge hit and we’ve had some amazing transformations. The last series of six episodes showed two transformations per episode. I did a combination of
high-tech beauty treatments on each person, alongside the other experts to make them look 10 years younger in 10 days. The only thing is, we see the results after 10 days on the show, but they look even more wow a month later when the results of all their treatments really kick in. I have really got into the use of stem cells (which is actually nothing new in beauty) within some of my treatments. It sounds gross but I am using stem cells extracted from human placenta, so they are super-rich in growth factors which are vital for anti-aging. Human Placenta extract has been used in medicine for around 50 years to help repair joints and skin after burns for example. Many animals and cultures eat their placenta after childbirth to nourish and replenish their bodies and you may have heard of people having their placenta made

I have been working on a new skin product called Puromist, which is an amazing addition to anybody’s skincare routine.
