trail of treats and terror The 20th annual Trail of Treats and Terror on Oct. 28, 2021 was a spooktacular success! Incline Village/Crystal Bay families dressed up in their Halloween best to trick-or-treat through the haunted trail, take family photos, enjoy a food-truck dinner, meet local non-profits, explore fire engines and ambulances, chat with neighbors, and participate in many spooky activities. While Incline Village Parks & Recreation led the organizational efforts for this community event, sponsors and community collaborators made this event possible. Thank you to all of the partners and donors who contributed to this event - it really does take a village!
