How long have you been in business?

Zancott Recruitment was established in 2006 and has branches across Australia. We are one of South Australia's leaders in Temporary and Permanent Recruitment, specialising in Civil, Construction & Rail, Trades, Manufacturing & Production, Government & Defence, Telecommunications, and Administration & IT.

Where are you located?

Zancott Recruitment’s Head Office is located at 21a Nelson Street in Stepney and our Regional Office, which services the Upper Spencer Gulf Region, is located at 29 Patterson Street, Whyalla. Today, we have offices nationally, but we were homegrown here and we are South Australian proud.

What are your core business activities/specialties?

Zancott Recruitment’s core activities are to supply Labour Hire and Executive Recruitment services to companies of all shapes and sizes. We specialise in sourcing, recruiting, training and placing Indigenous and non-Indigenous candidates into employment, within both projects and skilled industry positions.

We leverage our experience of supplying skilled Labour Hire to companies over many years, to be able to offer tailored recruitment packages and workforce participation solutions to businesses.

Zancott Recruitment is proudly Supply Nation certified and in 2018 we were recognised for our outstanding efforts as

a National finalist for the Excellence in Indigenous Business Awards.

In 2019, we were voted 10th position for the fastest growing South Australian business, with Fast Movers.

Gateway South Darlington Upgrade & Flinders Link Project, South Australia

Client: Fulton Hogan/Laing O'Rourke Joint Venture

Project Value: $620 million

Zancott Recruitment is a selected supplier to the Fulton Hogan/Laing O'Rourke JV, supplying Labour Hire to the project.

Air7000 Project, South AustraliaClient: LendleaseProject Value: $500 million

Zancott Recruitment supplied Labour Hire to Lendlease for the $500 million upgrade of the Air7000 Phase B project at the RAAF Edinburgh Airbase.

O-Bahn City Access Project, SouthClient: McConnell Dowell

Zancott Recruitment was a Labour Hire supplier for this project, and supported McConnell Dowell to successfully meet their Indigenous workforce participation targets.

How many staff do you employ?

Zancott currently employs over 500 FTE (Full Time Equivalents) of which 18% identify as Indigenous and 8% as Females, reflecting diversity in the workplace.

The direct Zancott Team consists of 16 Staff Members nationally, including, State Branch Managers, Business Development Managers, National Bid Manager, Recruitment Consultants, Account Managers, Finance Manager, Payroll Department, National Compliance Officer and WHS Officer.
