立足香港，匯聚華人菁英，創造當代中國舞蹈。
CCDC is a Hong Kong-based professional dance company that rallies the best of Chinese talent to create dance in the contemporary context of China.
城市當代舞蹈團是香港首個全職專業當代舞 團，於1979年由曹誠淵創立，以體現香港當代文 化及推動現代舞蹈發展為宗旨。四十六 年來，舞 團保留了超過二百齣本土編舞家的完整舞碼，包 括曹誠淵、黎海寧、梅卓燕、潘少輝、伍宇烈 及 桑吉加等作品，也經常與其他媒介藝術家合作， 展現多元化的香港文化特色。每年演出逾六十多 場，參與人數超過五萬人次。
自1980年以來，舞團開展頻密的國際文化交流 活動，先後代表香港在美洲、歐洲、澳洲及亞洲 共三十多個主要城市，包括紐約、洛杉磯、華盛 頓、三藩市、蒙特里爾、倫敦、巴黎、里昂、羅馬、 佛羅倫斯、羅韋雷托、奧斯陸、柏林、慕尼黑、斯 圖加特、哥本哈根、布拉格、悉尼、布里斯本、達 爾文、東京、新潟、首爾、釜山、大邱、新加坡、馬 尼拉、吉隆坡、北京、上海、烏魯木齊、西寧、台 北、孟買、德里、卡米爾、特拉維夫、聖彼德堡及 莫斯科等進行了二百八十六 場海外演出，備受國 際藝壇重視。
除了「立足香港、匯聚華人菁英、創造當代中國 舞蹈」的藝術路線之外，舞團也積極推動舞蹈 教育工作，於2004年成立CCDC舞蹈中心，繼續 發揚以往的舞蹈教育、舞蹈外展計劃、社區表演 及藝術推廣等工作。每年提供四十多場的外展 表演、現代舞、芭蕾舞、爵士舞及中國舞等不同 類型的舞蹈訓練，受眾超過四萬人。自1998年開 始，舞團在國內推展「中國舞蹈發展計劃」，為 國內正在萌芽的現代舞團體提供行政與技術支 援，鼓勵內地新晉舞蹈家進行探索性創作。
City Contemporary Dance Company has inspired and elated audiences in Hong Kong and around the world with superb modern dance performances for 46 years. Founded in 1979 by Willy Tsao, CCDC has presented more than 200 original works to critical acclaim, including productions by Tsao and leading choreographers such as Helen Lai, Mui Cheuk-yin, Pun Siu-fai, Yuri Ng and Sang Jijia. CCDC has also staged innovative collaborations with outstanding artists from other media and with artists from around the world.
CCDC is renowned for reflecting the vigour and creativity of Hong Kong’s vibrant, multifaceted contemporary culture, presenting works to an audience of more than 50,000 people annually. The Company has accepted 286 overseas invitations to represent Hong Kong in performance at the world’s foremost dance stages and festivals in over 30 major cities: including New York, Los Angeles, Washington DC, Montreal, London, Paris, Lyon, Rome, Florence, Rovereto, Oslo, Berlin, Munich, Stuttgart, Copenhagen, Prague, Sydney, Brisbane, Darwin, Tokyo, Niigata, Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Singapore, Manila, Kuala Lumpur, Beijing, Shanghai, Urumqi, Xining, Taipei, Mumbai, Delhi, Karmiel, Tel Aviv, St Petersburg and Moscow.
CCDC’s commitment to education and development results in around 40 outreach performances annually, offering highly popular dance courses to more than 40,000 students and audience members each year. CCDC also helps organise dance festivals in China, and since 1998, through the China Dance Development Programme, provides administrative and technical support to emerging Hong Kong and mainland artists. The opening of CCDC Dance Centre in 2004 has given young artists, students and local communities the facilities and programmes that ensure the ongoing development of dance as a vital artistic pursuit in Hong Kong.
城市當代舞蹈團（CCDC）成立45周年之 際，我們迎來了一個充滿生機和卓越成 就的舞季。這不僅是我們共同慶祝的里 程碑，更是展現舞團成長與蛻變的一年。 回顧這45年的旅程，我們不斷探索、突破 界限，為舞蹈藝術注入新活力。在這一年 中，藝術總監伍宇烈完成了他任內最後一 個舞季，以禾火帶出收成的喜悅。我代表 董事局感謝伍宇烈在過去四年帶領舞團 走過最具挑戰的幾年，又為舞團帶來不斷 創新理念。2025年初，我們迎來了第五任 藝術總監桑吉加。我們期待他以其獨特 的創作風格和深厚的藝術造詣，為舞團注 入新的靈魂，帶領我們繼續開拓更多舞蹈 的可能性。
舞團今季呈獻了四個原創舞蹈演出，全部 獲得觀眾的好評，並在「香港舞蹈年奬」 中取得六項提名。其中，羅凡憑《雪落下 的聲音》榮獲「傑出男舞蹈演員演出」獎。
我們繼續支持本地舞蹈藝術家，首先為觀 眾帶來由本地中生代編舞李思揚創作的 作品《快樂頌Evolving》，深入探索人類 與科技之間的複雜聯繫。隨後，兩位跨世 代、跨地域的編舞黎海寧和周書毅攜手創 作《某些動作與陰影》，展開一場光影之 旅。
除了本地製作，舞團亦積極參與國際文化 交流活動，將《大鄉下話》帶到中國內地 多個城市進行七場巡演，讓這部作品的魅 力跨越地域。此外，舞團參加了於橫濱舉 行的HOTPOT東亞舞蹈平台，展現了香港 舞蹈的獨特風采和創意，增強了我們在國 際舞臺上的影響力。
As City Contemporary Dance Company (CCDC) celebrates its 45th anniversary, we have gone through a vibrant and accomplished Dance Season. This is not only a milestone for us to celebrate together but also a year that showcases the growth and transformation of the Company. Reflecting on this 45-year journey, we have continuously explored and pushed boundaries, injecting new vitality into the art of dance. This year, Artistic Director Yuri Ng completed his final Dance Season, bringing the joy of a fruitful harvest with the ardency. On behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to thank Yuri for guiding the Company through the most challenging of the past four years and for his continuous innovation. In early 2025, we welcomed our fifth Artistic Director, Sang Jijia. We look forward to his unique creative style and profound artistry infusing new insights into the Company and leading us to further explore the possibilities of dance.
This season, CCDC presented four original dance performances, all of which received positive feedback from the audience, and received six nominations at the Hong Kong Dance Awards. Among them, Luo Fan awarded “Outstanding Performance by a Male Dancer" for As If Snowing. CCDC continues to support local dance artists, first presenting Ode to Joy Evolving, created by local mid-generation choreographer Justyne Li, which delves into the complex relationship between humanity and technology. Following that, two crossgenerational and cross-regional choreographers, Helen Lai and Chou Shu-yi, collaborated to create Certain Movements and Shadows, embarking on a journey through light and shadow.
CCDC的教育及外展部在社區中繼續推廣舞 蹈教育，為不同年齡層的市民提供多樣化的 舞蹈課程。我們也與各界機構合作，舉辦了 一系列活動，讓更多人能夠接觸和欣賞舞蹈 藝術，增進社區的文化交流。
在此，我謹代表董事會，誠摯感謝多年來的 捐助者、合作夥伴及觀眾，特別感謝所有公 司成員的努力和付出，使今年的演出和活動 得以圓滿成功。在這45周年的特別時刻，我 們期待未來能夠繼續秉持使命，迎接更多挑 戰與機遇，推動香港舞蹈界的蓬勃發展，共 同期待下一個燦爛的45年！
In addition to local productions, the company actively participates in international cultural exchange activities, bringing Home Sweat Home to various cities in mainland China for seven performances, extending the work's appeal beyond its borders. Furthermore, the company participated in the HOTPOT East Asian Dance Platform in Yokohama, showcasing the unique style and creativity of Hong Kong dance and enhancing our influence on the international stage.
CCDC's Education and Outreach Department continues to promote dance education in the community, offering a variety of dance courses for citizens of all ages. We also collaborate with various organizations to organize a series of events, allowing more people to access and appreciate the art of dance, enhancing cultural exchange within the community.
On behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to our donors, partners, and audiences over the years, and especially thank all company staff for their dedication and efforts that have made this year’s performances and events a success. On this special occasion of our 45th anniversary, we look forward to continuing our mission, embracing more challenges and opportunities, and promoting the vigorous development of Hong Kong's dance community. Mr Robert LEWINGTON
Robert Lewington 律師自1984年起至2019年間在香港執業，現已掛袍 榮休。最近為西盟斯律師行旗下爭議解決組的合夥人，所處理的訴訟及 仲裁案件涵蓋人力資源、消費產品、建築、保險及能源等範疇，經驗豐富。
Mr Robert Lewington is a retired former solicitor. He practiced in Hong Kong from 1984 until 2019, most recently as a partner of Simmons & Simmons in that firm’s Dispute Resolution Group. He has experience in litigation and arbitration in many sectors including human resources, consumer products, construction, insurance and energy.
副主席 Vice Chairman 陳雅文女士
陳雅文女士獲加利福尼亞大學柏克萊分校文學士學位和芝加哥大學商 業管理碩士學位。陳氏曾分別就職於高盛集團、豐田汽車金融公司以及 Carsdirect.com擔任管理工作。陳氏亦曾在香港大學專業進修學院教授 經濟學，並曾擔任香港芭蕾舞學會主席及書伴我行基金董事局成員。陳 氏現為豐子愷兒童圖畫書獎董事局成員及漢語小學堂有限公司創辦人（ 專業於幼兒優質漢語學習教材）。她現主要居住在香港和洛杉磯。
Ms Yama Chan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley and earned a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago. Her prior work experience includes executive positions with Goldman Sachs, Toyota Finance Company and Carsdirect.com in Los Angeles. She has also lectured in Economics at the University of Hong Kong School of Professional and Continuing Education. Ms Chan always has a passion for dance. She has served as the Chairman of the Hong Kong Ballet Group and Board Member of Bring Me A Book Foundation. Currently, she is on the Board of Governors of Feng Zikai Chinese Children's Picture Book Award and is the founder of Chinese for Kids Ltd, a company which specialises in early childhood education in Chinese. She maintains residences in Hong Kong and Los Angeles.

Ms Joyce YEN
嚴鍾慧女士是一位經驗豐富的策略顧問主管，在領導力洞察、數據分析 和企業轉型方面擁有深厚的專業知識。作為一家全球專業服務公司的總 監，嚴女士擔任過多個領導職位，涵蓋組織效能、企業發展以及針對優先 客戶的策略增長規劃。她早期的經驗包括快速消費品市場進入策略和銀 團貸款。
嚴女士熱衷於藝術，她從小學習芭蕾舞，後來涉足當代舞蹈及其他視覺 藝術。她對藝術表達的熱情促進了她對CCDC使命的承諾，將當代舞連繫 至更廣大的觀眾群。
Joyce Yen is a seasoned executive in strategy consulting, with deep expertise in leadership insights, data analytics, and enterprise transformation. As Managing Director at a global professional services firm, Joyce has held a range of leadership roles spanning organizational effectiveness, corporate development, and strategic growth initiatives for priority clients. Her earlier industry experience included roles in FMCG market entry strategy and debt capital markets syndications.
A lifelong advocate for the arts, Joyce grew up learning ballet and later broadened her practice to include contemporary dance and other visual art forms. Her enduring passion for artistic expression informs her commitment to CCDC’s mission of advancing contemporary dance and expanding its reach to diverse audiences.
司庫 Treasurer ( - 7.2024 ) 鄭慧華女士
鄭慧華女士是信託與財產從業者，專門為個人及慈善團體成立信託及基 金等。鄭氏對音樂和藝術（包括表演藝術和視覺藝術）擁有濃厚的興趣， 希望透過成為CCDC董事局成員，回饋社會及追求她的興趣。
Ms Vienne Cheng is a registered Trust and Estate Practitioner, specialising in setting up trusts and foundations for individuals and charitable organisations. She has a keen interest in music and arts (including both performing and visual arts). She hopes to contribute to the community and pursue her interest by being part of CCDC.
司庫 Treasurer 徐行悅醫生
徐行悅醫生畢業於澳洲昆士蘭醫學院，並於2000年回港任香港中文大 學醫學院婦產科助理教授。徐氏於2006年起至今為私家執業的婦產科 專科醫生。徐醫生亦是聖約翰救傷隊的助理監督。
徐氏熱衷表演藝術，於澳洲留學期間曾於昆士蘭音樂學院接受聲樂訓 練，回港後隨名女高音楊羅娜女士深造，並考獲倫敦聖三一學院LTCL聲 樂演唱文憑。徐氏現為華聲音樂團的成員及女高音獨唱者，常獲邀於本 地的音樂會演出。徐氏亦為兩子之母，對向香港的下一代推動文化藝術 十分關注。
Dr Michelle Tsui graduated from the medical school of the University of Queensland, Australia. In 2000, she returned to Hong Kong to work as Assistant Professor in the Chinese University of Hong Kong’s medical school. After six years with the University, Tsui commenced private practice as a specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She is also an Assistant Superintendent (Surgeon) of St John’s Ambulance.
Dr Tsui has always been passionate about performing arts. She received vocal training at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music and continued her studies in Hong Kong under soprano Madame Lola Young. She holds the London Trinity College LTCL diploma in vocal recital and is also a freelance soprano soloist. As a mother of two, Dr Tsui values the importance of promoting arts and culture, especially to our younger generation. Dr Tsui is also a board member of the HK Sinfonietta.

Mr Michael HAYNES
Michael Haynes先生於英國出生，於1984年移居香港，曾在本港任職保 險經紀及顧問，亦於匯豐銀行、太古、怡和及其他香港大型企業擔任高級 職位。現於本港和泰國經營多家公司，橫跨保險、健身及飲品業務。
他熱衷於體育運動，憑藉其對欖球運動的熱忱，加入香港欖球總會並成 為董事會一員。他目前為亞洲欖球總會成員，積極在多國推廣欖球運動 發展。
他加盟城市當代舞蹈團，與本團分享其寶貴的營商心得和人際經驗，同 時表達對表演藝術的熱愛。
Mr Michael Haynes, from the UK, moved to Hong Kong in 1984 and was employed in the insurance sector as an insurance broker and consultant. From working in senior positions with HSBC, Swire, Jardines and other large Hong Kong corporations, he now runs several businesses in the insurance, fitness and beverage sectors in Hong Kong and Thailand.
His keen interest in sport, and rugby in particular, led him to join the Board of the HK Rugby Union and Asia Rugby, where the development of the game across many countries is paramount.
Mr Haynes brings his business and community experiences to CCDC as well as an enthusiasm for the performing arts.

高靜芝女士
高靜芝女士過去曾在私營企業及公營機構擔任要職，擁有豐富的人力資 源管理經驗，並積極參與公職及社會義務工作以回饋社會，範圍涵蓋公 共政策、教育、婦女權益，財務匯報規管，社會服務及發展等。其廣泛的知 識及經驗使她獲第四屆香港特別行政區政府邀請出任中央政策組全職 顧問，為特區政府在物色、招攬及培育公共服務人才等事宜上提供專業 意見。
高女士對社會的貢獻備受肯定，2003年獲委任太平紳士，2009年及 2017年獲頒授銀紫荊星章及金紫荊星章，2006，2010及2011年獲嶺南 大學，香港都會大學及香港演藝學院頒授榮譽院士，2016年及2019年獲 香港演藝學院頒授榮譽博士及嶺南大學頒授榮譽社會科學博士。
Ms Sophia Kao Ching-chi brings a wealth of management experience in human resources, spanning both private and public sectors, while her passion lies in giving back to the community. Throughout her career in public and community service, she has been actively involved in diverse areas such as public policies, education, women's rights, financial reporting regulation, and social services development. Her broad expertise led to her appointment by the fourth term of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Government as a full-time Member of the Central Policy Unit. In this role, she offers professional advice on identifying, recruiting, and nurturing public service talents for the HKSAR Government.
In acknowledgment of her contributions to society, Ms Kao was appointed Justice of the Peace in 2003 and awarded the Silver Bauhinia Star and Gold Bauhinia Star in 2009 and 2017. Furthermore, she received Honorary Fellowships from Lingnan University, Hong Kong Metropolitan University, and The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts in 2006, 2010, and 2011 and Honorary Doctorates from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts and Lingnan University in 2016 and 2019.
徐行安女士為Citadel Securities亞太區總法律顧問，負責亞太區的法律 及監管的事務。徐女士在金融及法律行業擁有超過二十年的豐富經驗。 在加入Citadel Securities前，徐女士曾任貝萊德公司的董事總經理及亞 洲（日本除外）法律團隊的負責人，亦曾於摩根士丹利的倫敦及香港辦事 處工作，並擔任摩根資產管理公司在香港的法律顧問。在擔任內部法律 顧問之前，徐女士在西盟斯律師行的金融市場部擔任律師。徐女士目前 是亞洲證券業與金融市場協會及城市當代舞蹈團董事局成員。徐女士在 2021年獲得了亞洲女性金融協會頒發的「卓越領導獎」。
Ms Yvonne Tsui is the General Counsel of Citadel Securities, responsible for all legal and regulatory matters in the Asia Pacific region. Ms Tsui has over 20 years of experience in the Financial and Legal industry. Prior to joining Citadel, she was the Managing Director and Head of the Asia Legal team (not including Japan) at BlackRock. She also worked at the London and Hong Kong offices of Morgan Stanley and as a legal advisor to JPMorgan Asset Management. Prior to her role as in-house counsel, she worked as a solicitor in the Financial Markets Department at Simmons & Simmons. Ms Tsui currently sits on the board of the Asia Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (ASIFMA) and City Contemporary Dance Company. She was the recipient of the Women in Finance Asia’s (WiFA) Excellence in Leadership Award in 2021.

"The 45-minute performance was briskly paced, tightly structured, and beautifully danced. Even first-time contemporary dance audiences would find it engaging and accessible rather than obscure. Since 2024, 'Jumping Frames – Hong Kong International Movement-image Festival' has initiated international exchanges with film festivals across the globe, fostering artistic dialogue beyond geographical boundaries. This year, Jumping Frames collaborated with festivals in Seoul, Tokyo, and Tainan, presenting Hong Kong's dance films to new audiences and showcasing the city's distinctive creative vitality in contemporary movement and image art.

In alignment with its mission to cultivate an inclusive dance ecosystem, the Education and Outreach Department of CCDC continues to champion the cultural relevance and sustainable development of dance within the community. Through a diverse range of programs and initiatives, the department ensures that dance remains accessible, engaging, and meaningful for individuals across all ages and backgrounds.
CCDC舞蹈中心進駐大埔藝術中心至今已踏入第四年，繼續擔當舞蹈教育及社區參與的重要平台。中心 提供多元化的恆常課程，涵蓋東方與西方的古典舞蹈風格及當代舞蹈，適合不同年齡及經驗人士參與。
除技巧訓練外，舞蹈中心亦致力營造一個共融的藝術交流空間，促進創意探索與個人成長。透過舞蹈的 轉化力量，參加者得以提升身體健康、精神專注及整體身心靈的福祉。
Now in its fourth year at the Tai Po Arts Centre, the CCDC Dance Centre continues to serve as a vibrant hub for dance education and community engagement. Offering a diverse array of regular courses—from classical Eastern and Western styles to contemporary movement, the Centre welcomes participants of all ages and backgrounds. Beyond technical training, it provides an inclusive space for artistic exchange and personal growth. Through the transformative power of dance, individuals are supported in enhancing their physical health, mental clarity, and overall well-being.

GoodShow2025provided a valuable platform for dance course students to showcase their progress and passion. With original choreography and professional production support, participants embraced the stage and shared their joy with family and friends. The event celebrated artistic growth, boosted confidence, and deepened engagement with dance across diverse genres.

CCDC踏入第45個舞季，邀請曾參與「舞蹈青年」及社區計劃的學員，於香港不同 角落再次播下舞蹈的種子。「舞蹈青年」自2001年成立以來，秉持「舞蹈源於生活」 的理念，啟發一代又一代青年以舞蹈連結社區。於2024/25的秋季，他們繼續在城 中綻放，跨越年齡界限，延續舞蹈的力量。
Celebrating its 45th dance season, CCDC invited past participants of WuDaoQingNian to reignite their passion and bring dance to new corners of Hong Kong. Since 2001, the group has embodied the spirit that“dance emerges from life,”inspiring generations through movement. 計劃由城市當代舞蹈團「教育及外展部」主辦及策劃，民政事務總署東區民政事務處合辦及贊助。青年舞者以當代舞蹈 重新演繹東岸公園，結合公園標誌性的「窗」設計與海濱景致，將公共空間化身為舞台，引領觀眾感受這片城市綠洲的 情感與空間美學。
The project was presented and organized by the CCDC Education and Outreach Department, with coorganization and sponsorship from the Home Affairs Department Eastern District Office. Through contemporary dance, the youth team reimagined East Coast Park, using the park's iconic "window" design and scenic waterfront as a dynamic backdrop. The performance transformed the public space into a vibrant, living stage.

Presented by CCDC in support of the LCSD's "New to the Theatre: School Culture Day Scheme 2024/25," introduced students to the creative process and aesthetics of contemporary dance. CCDC到校現代舞課程，是舞蹈中心規模最大的外展項目，至今已踏入第32年，累計參與學生近7,000人。由專業導師進 校提供為期十個月的舞蹈訓練，包括校內導賞演出、服裝及道具工作坊、教師舞蹈工作坊，以及為學生編創作品，於年 度壓軸演出中呈現成果。
壓軸演出為聯校「結業演出」，逾130位學生參與演出，展示他們全年果的努力成。隨着多年發展，計劃已由單一舞蹈課 程演變為全面而系統的舞蹈學習體驗，惠及學生、教師及家長，成為本地舞蹈教育中具代表性及價值的項目。
Now in its 32nd year, CCDC's Modern Dance Workshop for Primary and Secondary Students is the largest outreach initiative, reaching nearly 7,000 students since its inception. The 10-month programme includes inschool performances, creative workshops, and choreography led by professional instructors.
Its signature event, the Finale Performance, features over 130 students and marks the culmination of a year-long training journey. The showcase celebrates students’artistic growth and highlights the scheme's evolution into a holistic learning experience that benefits not only students, but also teachers and parents.
