HOW IT WORKS

Step 1: Identify a non-affiliated agent who is interested in a real estate career with the Coldwell Banker® brand*.

Step 2: Using the Referral Rewards app on Desk, fill out and submit the Referral Rewards form. Once submitted, you’ll receive status updates via email throughout the referral process.

Step 3: Share in their success! When the agent you refer affiliates, you receive a Referral Rewards Commission on their closed transactions!

We Stongly encourage all agents use their company-issued email to conduct business (reminder private email accounts are not covered under the Legal Assistance Program.

Watch out for Test & Email Scams! No one from our office will ever contact you requesting gift cards or money.

If you would like to forward your Coldwell Banker email to another email address, please call 1-877NRT-HELP. NOTE:You will be prompted to change this password every 60 days.

Setup your signature by going to settings, then click “view all outlook settings”, click “compose & reply”. Then add your signature and click the 2 boxes under the signature box. Hit Save at top. Can change email to get rid of focused emails if you like under settings tab.

This is where CB Listing and Selling forms are located. You can create and email them to customers as well as set them up for e-signatures.

Click on “Forgot Password” and follow prompts

Enter the site and navigate.
