THERE’S A GRIZZLY GREAT IN ALL OF US!

Alumni Power Hour started this past summer as an opportunity for Catholic High graduates to experience what the Grizzly Great Center has to offer. Coach Bruce programs and coaches the alumni through a workout every morning before school. “It brings together alumni from a wide range of graduation years to see and use the new facility and further their bond as a member of the Catholic High community,” says Coach Bruce. For many on and off campus, “the strength and conditioning center has become a sanctuary of health.”

The opening of the Grizzly Great Strength and Conditioning Center has allowed for several new programs to start, encouraging the health of middle schoolers, students, and alumni. This project would not be possible without the support of Ryan D. “Jume” Jumonville ’91. For Jumonville, “the goal of this new project was to help our student athletes reach their full potential. It has been a pleasant surprise to see how the new facility is being used by faculty, alumni, and future Bears. There is a Grizzly Great in everyone!”
