The young men of the Class of 2022 recently participated in one of the most memorable experiences of their time at CHS - senior retreat. Events began Sunday, October 10, with Mass for our students and their families. Then it was off to retreat sites across the state where they spent time reflecting, praying, and bonding with their classmates.

CLASS OF 2025 DAY OF PRAYER & REFLECTION

Freshman Bears recently participated in a day of prayer and reflection focusing on what it means to be called by God to a life of holiness.

CHS Student Ministers were on hand to lead the freshmen through the retreat themed, “Called By Name.” Father Josh Johnson, vocation director for the diocese, was present in the morning for Mass and a breakout session.

Coach Pete Boudreaux ’59 was in attendance and joined the guys on a scavenger hunt that focused on CHS history - he also gave an inspiring speech to close the retreat.

It was a wonderful opportunity for our 9th graders to spend time with classmates while also growing closer to Christ. Thanks to our upperclassmen, faculty members, and Fr. Josh for spending this important time with our 9th graders.
