CLASSIFIED EMPLOYEE TEACHER CREDENTIALING GRANT
The Castro Valley Unified School has been awarded a Classified Employee Teacher Credentialing Grant by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC). The program supports classified employees who are interested in obtaining a teaching credential or a Bachelor's Degree on their way to a teaching credential. The grant provides approximately $4,600 per person per year for up to three years to cover the costs of tuition, books, testing, and other academic support services.

for your patience through the beginning of the year in regards to your technology. Each year presents new and different challenges to our deployment of technology and software. This year, we did make many improvements to our beginning of the year processes.

Use of IncidentIQ for your technology support requests. Please use this system for faster and more efficient responses. The more detail you put in the tickets will help tickets be routed, sourced, and resolved.
Employee Google / Email account security is important. Please change your password if you have not already done so in the past 2 years Utilizing a password at least 8 characters utilizing upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special charac!3R$ will improve your password security

Be mindful of suspicious emails and phishing attempts. If you do not know the person that sent you the email, or if it “doesn’t make sense… ” to get that special offer or special deal, avoid opening or clicking in the email. CVUSD Technology will be continuing our Anti-Phishing Email Education campaign starting in October as ongoing education for all CVUSD staff regarding email safety.
