Oregon has A LOT of employee leave laws. If you have at least 25 or more employees in Oregon and have little experience administering family and medical leave, this class is for you. We will discuss Oregon’s Family Leave Act (OFLA), which is applicable to Oregon employers with 25+ employees, and the Federal Medical Leave Act (FMLA), which is applicable to employers with 50+ employees.
