Partner Hub Update
Product Images submissions via Partner Hub
Recently the product submission process was enhanced with additional functionality allowing suppliers to submit project images via Partner Hub, or alternatively through a third party e.g. GS1 Australia or SKUvantage. The introduction of this functionality has streamlined the process ensuring the most current data including detailed nutritional information and images are published online for our customers. This enhancement required complex system integration, and with feedback from internal teams and suppliers alike, we have identified further opportunities to improve the functionality. We are also working closely with 3rd party data providers GS1 & SkuVantage to make onpack and image data integration as seamless as possible for any of our trade partners using these services, and we are confident that we can significantly improve the user experience with all of these elements over the coming weeks. We encourage and welcome your continued feedback to help us improve on our Partner Hub functionality so please keep it coming .
Updates to the Supplier Landing Page
We have launched a new Supplier Landing Page, which aims to make it much easier for our partners to navigate the system, with quick links to the most utilised functions and easy to use tables that identify outstanding actions and a snapshot of the status of your product data. We hope this has proved a valuable new edition to the Partner Hub platform and welcome any feedback to further improve this.
The WalkMe Guidance
The WalkMe Analytics tool in Partner Hub is very useful in guiding our Suppliers through specific tasks within the system and highlighting any new or changed functionality. For example: we have launched Walk Me WalkThru in the Price Change Submission functionality which gives the supplier step by step instructions on what to complete and where data needs to be updated on select fields to progress through the screens.
