We are very excited to announce that Saeko Nemoto will be joining our team as our new Pastry Chef!

Born in Japan, Saeko’s journey has taken her around the globe with stops in France, Australia, New York, Turkey, Canada and most recently, Miami having worked for Daniel Boulud for the past decade.

Saeko will be working alongside Chef Mathias and fellow culinary team members contributing to the successful delivery of superb desserts and pastry for our members and guests In her capacity as a Pastry Chef, Saeko will be managing the daily operations of the pastry department, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow as well as developing seasonal and signature pastry menu items that complement our Club’s overall dining experience.

We look forward to officially welcoming Saeko on January 7 If you see her around, please take a moment and share a warm welcome to our team!

MEDICAL BENEFITS UPDATE NOTE

For those who have started seasonal employment this past October and enrolled in the employer offered health benefits, your medical benefits effective date is January 1, 2025.

Your Medical ID cards will be mailed to your address. ID cards may also be downloaded on the United Health Care (UHC) website at: https://member.uhc.com/myuhc. New participants must register on the portal to view their benefits, like finding a doctor, medical specialist, hospital or lab. Additionally, the UHC portal makes it easy to find a local vision provider, dentist or dental care in your area.

Please ensure that you have read the Benefit Booklet provided to you during open enrollment and that you understand your benefits. If you need a copy of your Benefits Booklet, please contact the HR Team.

TAX FORMS UPDATE NOTE

We are pleased to inform you that your tax documents for the calendar year 2024 are now ready. You can access them by following these steps:

Log in to Paychex Flex 1. Navigate to the "Tax Documents" section. 2. Download* and review your W-2 Form 3.

*If you opted for the print option, your hard copy will be provided to you this month

Important Notes:

Please ensure you review your documents for accuracy. If you have any questions or notice discrepancies, please contact Camelia Pitcher.

Keep in mind the filing deadline for taxes is April 15, 2025
