We are very excited to announce that Chef Keunhae has successfully qualified for one of the 2025 American Culinary Federation annual competitions -- Chef of the Year -- which will take place in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The honor of an American Culinary Federation (ACF) award proves skill, knowledge and professionalism in the culinary industry and can further her recognition as a qualified chef. These awards represent the highest honors ACF can bestow Join us in wishing Chef Keunhae the best of luck in this great competition. We are rooting for her!

GEORGE ANDREWS DRIVER

The newest addition to our team brings with him a diverse skill set beyond just driving. With a background in Engineering and Behavioral Health, George has built a well-rounded career in South Florida. As a native of the area, he possesses in-depth knowledge of local businesses, locations, traffic patterns, and trends. George is working alongside our established drivers and reporting directly into Michael Eddings.

SunFest

May 3rd -5th West Palm Beach

Celebrating its 40th year and held annually in downtown West Palm Beach during the first week of May, SunFest is Florida’s largest waterfront music festival. The three-day festival attracts more than 85,000 visitors each year, and it will feature performances by globallyrecognized artists, including Billy Idol, Dashboard Confessional, Nelly, Matisyahu, Shaggy, Third Eye Blind and more as this year’s lineup. Children five and under are free, and festival tickets start at $60 for a one-day pass, with prices expected to increase as the event grows closer on the calendar.

We are pleased to share that we have a total of fifteen Carriage House participants joining the Run With The Cops 5K Race.

Run with the Cops, is sponsored by one of our Founders, Ben Macfarland, in an effort to raise funds to protect our community’s first-responders. As recently announced via email, the 1095-C Form for last calendar year (2024) is now available. If you were a full-time CH employee last year and had medical benefits through the employer, then you may request this form directly from the HR office by contacting Cami directly

What is the 1095-C form used for?

Form 1095-C is used by the IRS to determine if the employer owes a payment under the employer shared responsibility provisions under section 4980H It is also used to determine if an employee is eligible for premium tax credits.

Do I need my 1095-C to file my taxes?

Although information from the Form 1095-C – information about an offer of employer provided coverage - can assist you in determining eligibility for the premium tax credit, it is not necessary to have Form 1095-C to file your return.

What kind of information is on the 1095 Form?

Form 1095-C includes information about the health insurance coverage offered to you by your employer Form 1095-C, Part II, includes information about the coverage, if any, your employer offered to you and your spouse and dependent(s).

What’s your greatest memory at CH so far?

The anticipation of our first NYE when we were still taking reservations thirty minutes before opening. There was a point when I was just like, “well we will just have to figure it out!” and it ended up being a huge success and a night to remember!
