Carol’s experience in marketing luxury homes, new home developments and resort properties both locally and internationally as well as her quality of service to her clientele has allowed her to be the recipient of numerous awards and designations. But above all, her most cherished reward is being called Honey by her 11 grandchildren. During her career, Carol has closed over $500,000,000+ in sales, within the markets of Houston, Austin, Royal Island in the Bahamas and MayakobaMexico.
Carol’s family has been building luxury homes since 2008 under the prestigious name of K&C Classic Homes and these remarkable homes can be found among he finest neighborhoods in Houston, Carlton Woods, Blue Jack and large acreage estates north of The Woodland’s.
Lake Travis was her home for over 20 years, and she now resides North of Houston in The Woodlands Creekside with an office in The Heights of Houston and Carol and her team have managed the sales and marketing for over 10 new construction developments in the Houston area.
Outside of real estate she dedicates her personal time to her beautiful family, a passion for playing her piano, and the loving memory of her late husband Dennis of 43 years. She loves interior design, art, jazz and traveling. She was a member of The Rotary Club of Bee Caves, The Rotary Club of Lakeway, the Lake Travis Chamber of Commerce, youth programs at Emmaus Catholic Church and Heroic Media. She was a substitute music teacher at Lake Travis and volunteered her time to numerous charities in Austin. Carol’s love of music has been used at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in The Woodlands and she is a member of The Woodlands Chamber of Commerce, The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Houston and is involved in a hospital ministry at St. Luke’s. She volunteers at the Houston Clinic for the Homeless where she assists on the dental floor and has gone on several missions’ trips to the villages of Honduras as a dental assistant.
Her heart is full of compassion and love and this is seen throughout her business and personal life.
