On February 1st Dawn and Chris were both severely beaten by someone close to them, who then left them where they lay without calling for any help. Thanks to the quick thinking of Dawn’s young daughter, who called 911 they are both still with us. On February 17th, with only a week to coordinate, their friends and family put together a benefit for them at Fatbackz SportsBar in Richburg. Dawn and Chris were both able to attend but they still have a long road to recovery. Special thanks to Darla, Mary, Kelly and all who worked so hard to get this together in the short space of time that they.
