of the Whitewood 4-H Beef Club Families listed below or our Club Contact, Darryn Beutler, 306-735-7816 to arrange bidding for you. Steers are sold by the pound - early June weights are listed in the catalog to assist you with your purchases. Weights could increase 50-100 lbs by sale date.

Want to turn that steer into steak? Our club will assist in processing arrangements if you require assistance. We have

reserved a number of hooks at different local processing facilities if you require. All processing costs, unless previous arrangments have been made, are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Hello! My name is Walker Murphy, and this is my 11th year in 4-H. I am in grade 11 at Moosomin High School. 4-H has taught me many valuable lessons that I use every day. In my spare time, I enjoy working with the 4-H calves and helping my Dad pulling wrenches. Ice Man has been a great steer for me and I know that he will be just as good for you on your BBQ! Hi my name is Ryder Beutler and I have been in 4-H for 8 years! This year I have a heifer named Khloe and a steer named Kash. Kash is an Simmental/Angus cross that we bought from a neighbor. I have had a busy 4-H year taking my steer to spring shows in Yorkton, Weyburn, Kennedy and Arcola. At Yorkton my steer was Grand Champion in the jackpot show and he was Reserve Champion at Weyburn. When I’m not busy with 4-H I enjoy curling, refing, badminton and baseball. I am going to miss Kash but I know his buyer will enjoy him this summer!

Hi, my name is Bailey White. I am 13 years old and this is my 6th year in 4-H. This year I am showing a steer named Arnold and a heifer named Patty. Arnold is really friendly and loves to eat but his least favorite thing to do is walk. In my spare time I will always be with my 4-H calves, riding my horses, and helping my parents around the farm. I hope my steer will fill your freezer for the year.

Whitewood 4-H Beef Club - Regional Show & Sale - July 5th & 6th

4-H Beef Members have the options to show different types of beef animals. Members that choose steer projects, must sell their steer at the Whitewood 4-H Regional Sale July 6, 2023. Members can also choose to show a bred yearling heifer, a two-year old cow with her calf or a three-year old cow with her calf. Cows must have been shown as a bred heifer to come back as a continuation project. The following members have chosen Yearling Heifer projects and they will retain ownership of those animals.

My interests oustide of 4-H include playing baseball, hockey, and going to cattle shows. This year I’m showing a black angus heifer affectionaly named “Syrup”. Thank you for supporting 4-H!

My name is Jace and this is my 4th year in 4-H. I am showing a heifer this year named Oreo – she is a purebred Simmental. I also showed her at the Kennedy Jackpot show!
