As the restrictions begin to lift, the Whitewood Regional Show & Sale will be a live event this year! We invite all buyers to attend our live sale on Wednesday June 30 at 4:00 PM but ask businesses to only send one representative as we will still have to limit the number of attendees at the sale.

4-H Beef Club Families listed below or our Club Contact, Cam Osiowy 306-697-7098 to arrange bidding for you. Early June weights are listed in the catalog to assist you with your purchases. Weights could increase by 50-100 lbs by sale date.

Want to turn that steer into steak? Our club will assist in processing arrangements if you require assistance. We have reserved a number of hooks at different local processing facilities if you require. All processing costs, unless previous arrangments have been made, are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Want to resell your steer? No problem! Let any of the sales staff or our Club Contact, Cam Osiowy know and we can assist you in re-selling your steer.

This year I am taking a cow named Katie with her calf Jacob, a heifer named Helen and a market steer named Henry, all home-raised from our ranch. In my spare time I enjoy looking for my next 4-H prospects and checking the animal’s, writing, singing and reading. This year I will donate half the profit from my market steer to a medical charity of the buyer’s choice. In the past 3 years we have donated $4772.40. 4-H Beef Members have the option to show different types of beef animals.

Members that choose a steer project, must sell their steer at the Whitewood 4-H Regional Sale June 30th, 2021.

Members can also choose to show a bred yearling heifer, a two-year old cow with her calf or a three-year old cow with her calf.

Cows must have been shown as a bred heifer to come back as a continuation project.

The following members have chosen Yearling Heifer Projects and they will retain ownership of those animals.
