B E NE LUX Professionals in Benelux demonstrated the highest level of satisfaction with their overall remuneration package in relation to other locations, with by far the highest percentage of respondents feeling that their overall remuneration package was fair given the current market conditions (64%). Although there was a higher decrease in average bonus (-4%) than increase in average basic salary (3%), the majority of respondents received a basic salary and/or bonus increase (48% and 36% respectively). 37% of respondents in Benelux think bonus prospects will improve next year.
