Average bonuses also increased 10% within the same time frame, with an increase in bonuses across all levels of seniority except Director Level. Private Wealth Management Professionals were the most pessimistic that bonus prospects will improve next year - only 25% of respondents believed that bonus prospects for next year will improve, with the majority of respondents (50%) thinking that bonus prospects will remain the same.
