Activity title: “Expressionist activity”

Type of activity Workshop Abstract This activity is to give several possibilities to self-express through Arts. Using specific music, the participants are invited to share their emotions in order to produce expressionist paintings that will reveal who they are.

Goal

Knowing myself: Through some activities from the handbooks, which have the intention to develop competences, we want to explore the inner world, knowing that first of all we need to know ourselves first in order to understand others.
