CapitalRise was set up with a clear mission: To disrupt the old ways of investing in property and give investors easy and direct access to prime property-backed investments with attractive potential returns.
Greater female involvement in property investing is essential for promoting diversity, innovation, and economic empowerment in a traditionally male-dominated field. By encouraging more women to enter property investing, we can create a more inclusive and equitable financial landscape. As a female CEO, with extensive experience in building fintech platforms, I am deeply passionate about this mission.
With CapitalRise, our investors fund professional property developers in prime London and across the South East – including Chelsea, Mayfair, Kensington and the Home Counties.
My co-founders, as prime developers themselves, had first-hand experience of being poorly served by the incumbent lenders. This heritage means that the business possesses deep expertise in real estate development, especially within the prime property market – and will only offer investment opportunities that satisfy our strict due diligence criteria.

CapitalRise carries out market-leading due diligence on the project and, if it passes, CapitalRise lists the project on the platform for investment.

Customer signs up to the platform and invests in the project. Investment secured by a legal charge over the property asset.

Borrower receives the funding and undertakes the project. Investment customer earns agreed return.
