• Balinese-inspired Bridal Headpiece, Hand Bouquet & Groom’s Leis.
• Six Balinese ladies with Gebogan, two flower girls and an umbrella boy in traditional attire for the wedding ceremony procession.

WEDDING
RECEPTION AFTER PARTY
Experience an exquisite wedding reception at Mads Lange Restaurant, set against a beautiful jungle backdrop with a breathtaking valley view.
INCLUSIONS
• Canapes and fresh coconut water.
• A crafted four course dinner at Mads Lange by the Executive Chef, Nicola Russo.
• Jungle themed flower decoration and centrepieces.
• Wedding place cards, seating arrangement board, flatware, and glassware.
• An elegant jazz trio performance for two sets of 45 minutes. Sound system and lighting included.
• Alcoholic beverages will incur additional charges based on consumption.
The refined nuptial celebration is followed by an under the stars after party at The Cistern pool deck.

• Candlelit decoration on the pool deck consists of 100 LED pillar candles and tea lights.
• A neon light welcome board.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The package price is customizable based on arrival date and chosen theme. Our wedding specialist will curate a detailed proposal containing information about the wedding event decorations and accommodations based on the final arrival date and preferred theme.
2. The buyout package is exclusively designed for 50 guests. Price is subject to an 11% government tax and a 10% service charge.
3. A surcharge of USD 165++ per person applies for each additional guest, including canapés and a 4-course dinner at Mads Lange Restaurant. The maximum capacity for wedding events is 55 people.
4. No outside catering is allowed at the Camp for quality and liability reasons.
5. The following corkage fees apply for beverages brought from outside during the wedding function: A. Wine and champagne – USD 35++ per bottle. B. Spirit and liquor – USD 40++ per bottle.
6. Final confirmation of food and beverage choices and the estimated number of guests must be provided 30 days before the event.
7. Guests with dietary restrictions or requirements must be informed 14 days before the event to ensure their needs are met.
8. The camp places great importance on security procedures. As a result, they kindly request advance notice if any external suppliers, contractors, or entertainers need to enter the venue. This will enable them to enter and exit through the Security gate smoothly and ensure a seamless preparation process.
9. The camp management kindly requests that any arrangements, decorations, or displays be reviewed and approved beforehand to ensure their style aligns with the camp’s security, safety and aesthetic guidelines. Sound checks or rehearsals for any entertainment should only be conducted after receiving approval from the camp.
10. Please note that any entertainment played within the camp for the event must adhere to specific time and sound level restrictions by 10:00 PM. The event curfew is at 11:00 PM.
11. The rainy season is from October to March; inclement weather plans are compulsory due to the lack of indoor venues. Rain calls must be made at least 6 hours before the event. Camp is not responsible for adverse weather conditions, and additional costs will be incurred for the marquee tent installation to cover the venues.
12. Confirmation & Payment
The preferred wedding date will be secured once confirmation and a deposit are settled.
• Upon confirmation, a 20% payment of the total event expenses is required.
• A 50% deposit of the total costs is required 90 days before the event.
• The expense balance settlement is required 45 days before the event.
• Payments could be settled with a credit card through a payment link or bank transfer.
13. Cancellation Policy, If the wedding client or its affiliates, designees, or assignees cancel their booking, partially or wholly, for any reason except for “Force Majeure,” the hotel has the right to keep any deposits or payments made before such breach or cancellation.
