Itiwana
Itiwana is the study association of CADS and they offer a wide variety of facilities for students. They organise fun activities where you are able to meet and get to know each other. They can also help you out with study-related facilities, for instance cheaper study books, non-educational activities as well as study-related activities and maintaining good contact with the department of CADS.
Itiwana has a board and several committees that organise these different activities. If you want to stay informed about the activities and want to become a member, you can take a look at their website and follow them on Instagram!

WDO
The WDO is an Interfaculty Ethnological Association. Although connected to CADS and Itiwana, WDO is an association open to all students of Leiden University. Discussions about anthropological themes and current societal issues are relevant for every student and become more fruitful when people from different disciplines come together to share their thoughts. Every month the WDO board organizes an activity that encompasses an anthropological theme, such as culture, gender, media, and current societal issues. Besides this, they share interesting articles, podcasts and other media surrounding these topics through their Instagram.
If you are interested and want to know more about WDO, take a look at their website and follow them on Instagram!
