Made from cardboard boxes. Must be able to be worn or sat in. Some assistance from parents allowed with building. Decorating must be done by children. Any type of decorating eg, painting, collage, drawing allowed. Encouraged to go in grand parade (small walk in front of shed).

Judged on looks and drivability. Parent’s HELP allowed to build billy cart. Children must decorate billy cart. Cart to be built from wood any shape or style Cart MUST have working brakes. Cart MUST have steering. Helmets MUST be worn in race. No parental assistance in race. No double carts, single rider carts only. Parent MUST sign waiver (below).
