








Although we have collaborative partnerships and work closely with local, State and Federal government officials, the Canby Area Chamber of Commerce is not a government entity. We are the largest private, nongovernmental business support network of its kind in Canby, Oregon.
We are a 501(c)6 non-profit membership organization that keeps its finger on the pulse of legislative issues that may impact small business whether those issues arise in Washington, D.C., our State Capitol, Clackamas County, or the City of Canby.
We serve as a public voice for the purposes of unity, transparency, open communication, and advocacy on behalf of our member businesses and for the community of Canby and the surrounding areas that need our support and to encourage thoughtful economic development as we grow our community’s future together.
We offer representation on your behalf through our Government Affairs Committee, and through our memberships with the Oregon State Chamber of Commerce (OSCC) and Oregon Business & Industries (OBI).
To keep our network extensive and dynamic, the Canby Area Chamber of Commerce partners with several of the 125 Chambers of Commerce in Oregon including Beaverton, Lake Oswego, North Clackamas, Oregon City, Salem, Tigard, Tualatin, Washington County (Hillsboro), West Linn, Wilsonville, and Molalla. We also support smaller communities nearby.
These strong community partnerships allow us to stay on top of trending policies and activities that impact us all.

This directory drives business directly to our members!
On a daily basis, the Chamber serves as a hub for countless referrals by connecting callers, and in-person and online visitors to our member businesses and for promoting tourism to the Canby area.
Each year we produce the Canby Relocation Guide (printed by Chamber Members Mt.AngelPublishing) which we provide to visitors, families, and businesses who are looking to relocate to Canby. This publication includes advertising and referrals to local moving companies, schools, restaurants, housing, healthcare and other area services and resources. Our online version averages 12,000 impressions and our we publish over 1,700 printed copies annually.
The Canby Advantage (published by Chamber Member Active Media) is a monthly magazine mailed to over 12,000 addresses, including areas outside of Canby, with our paid advertising directing traffic to our web page and, vicariously, to our member businesses.
We also advertise in Active Media’s annual Discover Canby Magazine which reaches over 80,000 addresses throughout Oregon.
