Contract to Closing

Once an offer is accepted, we will work through the contract contingencies. Our commitment to communication and organization will make sure that the deadlines are identified, documents are distributed accordingly and all items are in place to meet the anticipated closing date.

Home Inspections

• We help recommend qualified home inspectors for you to hire. Most buyers in Central Ohio have a general home inspection, radon level reading, and wood destroying insect inspection. You may elect to have other inspections too. Inspectors will thoroughly evaluate the material aspects of the property. If any problems are identified, we will help review and evaluate the reports to assemble the Request to Remedy.

Facilitate the deposit of earnest money

Distribute important documents to the lender and title company

• Collect important documents such as bylaws and declarations

Coordinate with utility companies to transfer service

Review documentation prior to closing

Provide support at closing and answer any questions
