Find Your Home
Create a Wishlist
Reviewing our questionnaire will help define your needs, wants and desires. Your agent takes these into account when showing you homes. How many bedrooms and bathrooms do you require? What are the ideal areas in which you wish to live? Do you want a fenced yard? Would you like granite countertops? Would any solid surface be sufficient?

Establish Search Criteria
We like to begin our searches with needs and progress towards wants and desires. Take a look at as many listings online as possible. You will start to become familiar with what is available in your specific price range. As we move forward, we will work together to fine-tune your search criteria.
Setting up a Multiple Listing Service Search
Your agent will provide listings to you via the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Initially, you will receive a large list of active listings. As new listings become available, these homes will automatically be emailed to you.
We also pay attention to all listing syndication websites such as Zillow and For Sale By Owner. The National Association of Realtors is affiliated with Realtor.com. Our MLS data powers Realtor.com, which is why it is the most accurate information. If you see a listing that you like on any website, notify your agent so a showing may be scheduled.
See Current Inventory
Browse the active listings online and identify which homes you would like to see. Send the list to your agent to review and coordinate a time to view in-person. Some listings are vacant and can be shown any time and some have limited availability as they are occupied. We’ve found most sellers are flexible given reasonable notice.
Some homes show better in-person than in photos, while other homes may have impressive photographs but are less impressive in-person.
Become Reactive/Proactive To New Listings
If nothing suits you in the current inventory of listings, we will work together to become reactive/proactive to new listings. Time is critical with all aspects of real estate. Be sure to request a showing at a new listing quickly to avoid competition.
