Mail
Camper emails are printed once daily at 10:00am and picked up by counselors with the rest of the bunk mail in the afternoons. Emails received after 10:00am will be distributed with the following day’s mail.
It is very important that your son receives mail throughout the summer and is vital in helping new campers adjust. We advise families to send the first letter several days before their son’s arrival. While campers love receiving letters, they often 'forget' or are 'too busy' to write home. We will remind the boys this is a responsiblity they have to you. We urge all families to send stamped/addressed envelopes and extra stamps/stationery with their sons to camp.

Campers are not permitted to bring cell phones, tablets, e-readers, walkie-talkies, dvd players or handheld electronic games such as Nintendo or PSPs to camp. Campers who are flying should travel with cell phones and give to a staff member upon arrival at camp.
Packages
We do not allow packages to be sent to camper at Winaukee. If there are essentials your son forgot or ran out of, please email our Summer Office (mainlandoffice@winaukee.com) for package approval and so we know what to expect and when.
Birthdays
Birthdays are a very special event at Winaukee! Families are welcome to send birthday packages of any size to their son for his special day. You should address the package to your child with ATTN: BIRTHDAY PRESENT and marked 'BIRTHDAY' on the outside of the package. Please do not send food, we will ensure he has plenty of treats.
Medical
If your son takes daily medications please ensure you have sent those to Rite Aid Pharmacy in Meredith, NH If you son takes as needed medication - please mail this to Ashleigh's attention at the summer address in NH 7-10 days before your son's arrival
If you suspect your son(s) has been exploed to any communicable or contagious disease within 2 weeks of his arrival, you must notify us for permission to have him arrive on opening day Innocent systmptoms may turn out to be a very contagious illness which could affect our entire community.
