The Piper 2019-20 Editorial Board
The Piper Wins Again! For the third consecutive year, Campbell Hall’s student-run newspaper The Piper has been named a national Crown winner by the Columbia Scholastic Press Association (CSPA). The CSPA Crown competition is one of the most selective in the country and winners are selected for overall excellence in a head-to-head comparison. This year, a total of 849 publications were eligible for a Crown Award from which 15 print newspapers were chosen as Finalists. Publications were judged on overall excellence demonstrated in writing and reporting, coverage, design, and photography by a panel of scholastic and media professionals.
