Once you’ve negotiated terms and accepted an offer, we work with the buyer to finalize the details of the sale. Form 1 is then served with the signed contract to commence the “cooling off period”

As the settlement day approaches the moving and cleaning begins. The agent will arrange to collect all keys and codes. The agent will call to advise that settlement is complete. After the settlement is complete, the buyer receives the keys to the property and officially takes possession.
