Our Mission
• To offer a friendly, supportive and inclusive environment in which individuals can achieve their potential.
You can tune in to many things:
• Tune in to others What might people around you be feeling? How can we connect?
The AGM saw the reappointment of our dedicated Committee and the addition of a new Committee member, Joneen Troup. Sadly, Peter Kelly chose not to nominate this year and we thank him for his great contribution. We are fortunate to have a cohesive and supportive committee who are passionate about our community. Our Annual Report showcases the last financial year and you will find it online at www.chace.org.au.
• Tune in to yourself What can you sense right now? What can you feel?

At a time when these professions are so in demand it’s a privilege to support students in their studies. You too may find our courses a great gateway to a new and rewarding career. We are providing more flexibility in our training, allowing students to continue working whilst reskilling or gaining additional qualifications.
There has never been a better time to choose a course through Adult Community Education and we look forward to welcoming you to our training facilities at Taree and Laurieton.
• Tune in to your communities What is happening that you can be part of, or that you can help others be part of?
Being present by tuning in has been shown to help build self-awareness, help make effective choices, reduce the impact of worry, and build positive connections.
• Tune in to stigma How do attitudes and understandings of mental health and wellbeing impact on people’s ability to live the lives they want? How can we

We recently held the College’s Annual General Meeting (AGM). It was a wonderful opportunity to reflect on the year and recognise student achievements. Despite the ongoing impact of COVID, over 800 students have studied with the College this year: 800 people with new skills, new opportunities and new connections. I love the buzz of an inspired and happy class and can’t wait to see what term four brings. Our brochure has something for everyone so I hope you enjoy choosing your next learning adventure.
