Trainers Wanted
We are always on the lookout for trainers and new courses to offer in our community. Our goal is to provide a variety of lifestyle programs that will benefit the health and well-being of our community members by teaching them life -long skills and providing opportunities for social engagement. Some of the lifestyle programs we are interested in, include creative arts and crafts, health and sports, language, music, and well-being. If you have experience teaching adults and a special skill, hobby, or knowledge that you would like to share with others, we would love to hear from you. You can drop in and have a chat with us or send an email to request a course proposal form at life@chace.org.au.

Our community garden is thriving thanks to the generous support of local businesses and dedicated volunteers.
I want to give a big shout out to Club North Haven, the LUSC, and Three Brothers Landscape & Garden Supplies for their continued commitment to our cause. We are also grateful to Laurieton Men’s Shed for their kind donation of metal piping for our garden beds.
As we prepare for the cooler months, there is still much work to be done, and we welcome anyone who is physically fit and available to help us out early in the morning. If you're interested in contributing to our community garden, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

At our College, we believe that education should be accessible to all, regardless of background or circumstances. Thanks to government funding, we are proud to have an Outreach Support Officer, Daniel, who joined our team earlier this year to maximise the impact of Adult Community Education (ACE) in our area.
Daniel has already made a big difference in supporting students, community organisations, and employers to ensure the best outcomes for ACE training.
His role involves connecting with those students who need extra assistance and supporting them throughout their studies.
He works closely with agencies, employers, and community groups to ensure their needs are met and that we are creating employment and development opportunities that are in line with the needs of our area.
The college believes in providing a wraparound service to our students, setting them up for success and encouraging them throughout their learning journey.
ACE provides affordable, local training and education to NSW communities, and is designed to help you get into work for the first time, return to work, acquire new skills, knowledge, and experience, and strengthen existing skills whilst improving your confidence.
Daniel comes to us with vast experience in the education, health promotion, and community service sectors.
As a proud Gamilaroi man, he has worked in Aboriginal communities across the country, including the Taree area. We are thrilled to have Daniel as part of our team, and we believe that he can help you succeed in your studies.
If you think that Daniel can help you, please
