EXECUTIVE LETTER OF INSTRUCTION Number 2, Series of 2012 SUBJECT: PASTORAL CARE CENTER SUNDAY TO ALL CAMACOP CONSTITUENTS Please be informed that any Sunday in February every year, beginning 2013, has been designated as PASTORAL CARE CENTER SUNDAY. This is a duly enacted policy by the National Board of Trustees in March 2012, which says, “BT- 12- 015 MSC APPROVED THE DESIGNATION OF A PASTORAL CARE CENTER SUNDAY ON ANY SUNDAY OF FEBRUARY EACH YEAR TO RECEIVE SPECIAL OFFERINGS FOR GIVEAWAYS TO PASTORS AND PASTORAS DURING GENERAL ASSEMBLIES AND FOR THE MINISTRY OF THE CAMACOP PCC AS A WHOLE.” I hereby instruct all ministers and church leaders to have any Sunday of February as CAMACOP’s PASTORAL CARE CENTER SUNDAY and that special offerings be received for the purpose stated in the above NBOT action. I also hereby instruct the regional ministry coordinators and district ministry supervisors to see to it that this instruction is carried out and implemented in our local churches.
