EXECUTIVE LETTER OF INSTRUCTION Number 1, Series of 2012 SUBJECT: CHURCH PLANTING SUNDAY TO ALL CAMACOP CONSTITUENTS The month of December every year, beginning 2011, has been designated as CHURCH PLANTING MONTH. This is a duly enacted policy by the National Board of Trustees in April 2011, which says, “BT-11-23 MSC APPROVED TO ASSIGN DECEMBER AS CAMACOP’S CHURCH PLANTING MONTH.” The Church Planting Month is for the purpose of focusing on the CAMACOP’s church planting program and encouraging the constituents to support and participate in this flagship endeavor. I hereby instruct all ministers and church leaders to have the second Sunday of December as CAMACOP’s Church Planting Sunday and that a message focused on church planting be preached. Further, CAMACOP members be given the opportunity to pledge any amount, preferably on a monthly basis, for church planting. Pledges for Church Planting is supported by an NBOT action, which says, “BT-11-22 MSC APPROVED THAT PLEDGES BE SOLICITED TO SUPPORT CAMACOP’S CHURCH PLANTING PROGRAM STARTING DECEMBER 2011 WITH REVISION OF THE SHARING SCHEME TO 80% FOR LOCAL CHURCH PLANTING FUND, AND 20% FOR DISTRICT CHURCH PLANTING FUND.” Local Churches, therefore, retain 80% of the pledges for their church planting endeavors and the 20% be forwarded to the district for her church planting needs as well. I also hereby instruct the regional ministry coordinators and district ministry supervisors to see to it that this instruction is carried out and implemented in our local churches.
