Although Dr. Cotter no longer practices obstetrics, she continues to provide advanced, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and office well woman care as well as aesthetic laser treatments for her patients. Dr. Cotter is considered one of the top gynecologic surgeons in the West San Fernando Valley. Her passion is to provide individualized care to each patient. She received her BS from the University of California, Santa Cruz and completed medical school at Saint Louis University School of Medicine in 1987. After completing her internship and residency training at Whiter Memorial Hospital in Los Angeles, she established her private practice in West Hills, where she remains today.
